Breakfast was not included and parking cost extra due to the World Cup being in town. This was not listed on the website. I thought parking and breakfast were included. A QR code was on the front door for parking. Seemed pretty low-buck to me. This hotel was on par with a Comfort Inn or a LaQuinta Inn, minus the free breakfast, parking, and reasonable cost for a one night stay. The A/C unit was cold but loud. It would power on like a jet engine and then clank off into dead silence every 5-10 minutes- all…night… long. The toiletries were a nice feature except two of the dispensers were broken. On the bright side, the bed was comfortable and the housekeeping person was very friendly and welcoming.

Ladies at the front desk were amicable.

The hotel was clean and located closely to shopping and restaurants. There was some construction going on but it didn’t cause an issue. Our room was above the entrance and that caused some outside noise not too much of an issue. I’ll say I don’t care for the parking. I had to park in a back lot and didn’t feel my car was as protected. It did have a nice bar on site.

It needs some updating.

Fresh and delicious breakfast, welcoming staff and unique decor.

Cons: wifi isn't free, the room only seemed to be cool when the air conditioner was running. As soon as it shut off, it got stuffy. Our coffee maker didn't work, so we appreciated the restaurant comping us a cup each with our breakfast. Overall a pleasant stay.

The staff were friendly, and the room for the most part was clean. We were disappointed with the maintenance issues, cleanliness, excessive noise, and overall lack of comfort for the price we paid.

The room itself was clean, the bathroom, not so much. We notified the front desk and the problem was immediately addressed.

He was cool under pressure and really made us feel welcome. In fact, the whole staff was equally as kind and helpful all weekend Everything really was great!
