The staff was great!!!!!!

Staff was nice. Property was a mess due to construction on roads. But overall fine.

Always a good experience staying...

The location was very convenient. The rooms were super clean with a very attractive modern lobby and bar. The continental breakfast was truly a cut above all others. Very European, with meats, cheeses, fruits, croissants, other bakery items and their crustless quiches and terrific coffee were only a fraction of what was available. The room was done in a very dark color and very little storage or hooks to put things in place. It was very simple and hard surfaces. But the toiletries and shower were great and the bed was firm but okay. Best suited for a short stay.

This hotel offers ‘european style’ living. AKA code for cheap and less space. The vanities are so small and awful and we tried to upgrade— they ALL have the same vanities. Shower head didn’t work like it was supposed to do. So much construction that we didn’t know about until they emailed us 3 days before the trip. The hotel lobby makes the place seems fancy, but I promise it’s not!! Also, the $15 breakfast is also ‘European’. AKA no meat. $15 for crap (that we elected not to eat anyway). Will not stay here again.

I have stayed here for the last three years for a MNF Chiefs game. This year, we called for an early check in. We totally understood that may not happen. However, when normal check in time (3pm) rolled around there were still no rooms ready. This was the case for everyone. There was no eta given.. we were told we’d be called when room was ready so we could check in before going out to dinner. We never got a call. Several other bummers included no shampoo in the room, housekeeping trying to come in the last morning after the game before 8am, and a parking fee (Expedia lists $0 parking). The hotel is nice and staff was as helpful as they could be but I do expect more from an AC by Marriot.

As for the TV and its options, it is very limited and can not add personal streaming accounts as an option.

The location has always been great for us. Even with the street closures, it was still okay? The place smells fabulous!! Trying to find the back entrance due to street closure.
