Hampton Inn & Suites Kansas City-Country Club Plaza

I love this hotel! The staff is always 10/10, the rooms are clean, the location is great, the pool is huge!

I travel often but haven’t stayed at a Hampton Inn in a while. I’m so glad I did. Check-in was fast. The room was spotless. AC was quiet and worked great. Complimentary breakfast was convenient. Very impressed!

I liked that they supplied towels when you needed. I didn't like that the water in the bathroom sink didn't go down very good and they could of clean the bathroom on a daily basis for the 4 days that we were there.

Good location although the Country Club Plaza is not as enjoyable as it was pre-covid due to the number of empty storefronts. Hotel is everything you expect when you book a Hampton.

The continental breakfast was fabulous!

Property was fine, I would never use Expedia to book a Hilton property again. Hilton does not give credit to my Hilton honors account. Expedia should disclose that. Will go back to booking my own trips

I loved this hotel so much! They were very sweet to my kids. It was very clean. I will be staying again every time I go to Kansas City. I finally found a hotel I really like.

We stayed in a two room suite that was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning and we found the staff to be friendly. While the rooms were cool (appreciated in the 100 degree heat), it seemed like the hallway a/c was not working on the first day, and there were large fans in the hallways. This was much improved the next morning, so they must have gotten it fixed. Would stay there again!
