Very good.

Easy street parking. Secure parking was also available. Iced tea in the lobby. No exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Staff was 15/10!! The breakfast bar was excellent each morning and very clean. We will stay here again next time we are in town! Nothing.

The entire staff went out of their way to be incredibly helpful and polite. Every one of them! This staff is to be commended because they seemed very genuine and helpfully friendly at every turn. It was noticeably superior to any customer service experience I’ve had at any venue in years! 10 stars in hospitality!!!

The room was very nice and spacious. The staff was great and breakfast was very good. The only negatives I can think of: the plumbing in our room made a glugging sound almost all the time; the parking garage was somewhat dirty, dark and uninviting compared to the bright clean feel of the rest of the property.

The hotel is very close to plaza section and nelson-atkins museum (around 18 mins walk). The street car station is also within walk-in distance which makes it easy to go to downtown as well. Nice and clean rooms and quite new facility. Would stay again if going back to KC. Thanks!

There is much to like about this property. My family were weary after traveling and the gentleman at the front desk was able to find us at room at 200pm. Regular check-in is at 3pm. We were also handed a shopping bag of bottled water. As a bonus there was free iced tea and hot beverages in the lobby. When we arrived at the room we noticed that some more towels were needed. I texted the desk and within minutes we had fresh towels! Anything we needed was just a text away. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and the pool was appreciated after a long day of shopping. The staff were all pleasant too. I could go on and on. Loved this place and I am already considering reservations here for next summer. I do not want to sound petty. Maybe some larger trashcans in the room. You would be surprised how much garbage a family of four can produce.

The pool was much bigger and nicer than previous hotels we have stayed at. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and very nice! We will definitely be looking into more Hampton hotels in the future!
