Front desk and valet staff were so happy, kind, and attentive.

Great location with a neat rooftop pool/restaurant/bar. On one side you have a nice large park with a rose garden and on the other side you have a ton of shops and restaurants. Very walkable.

Hotel is gorgeous! Rooftop pool is especially fun!

The housekeeping is sub par once they came in and just took the trash didn't make the bed or take the wet towels. On a separate occasion I ordered room service and the tray with the uneaten food was left in the room and again dirty towels were not picked up. Housekeeping needs improvement but the front desk staff and valet were awesome!

Very nice hotel and room. Great location for walking in Country Club Plaza area. Self parking was attached and easy to get to. Would have liked a microwave in the room. Shower had good pressure and beds were very comfortable.

Property is on a great location in the plaza. There is a sophisticated feel about the premises. The beds are extremely comfortable and the shower/bathroom is terrific. I also wanna comment that the woman that served us at the pool bar was one of the best servers I’ve ever had. I was there to celebrate my daughter-in-law‘s 30th birthday. There was a lot of loud laughter and comments in the hallway on all three nights we were there. Additionally, there was a strong smell of marijuana smoke in the later part of the evening, all three nights. The valet service is very slow and lack personality. The pool is too warm… Granted it’s been very warm in Kansas City, but there should be cold water pumped in in the evenings to keep the temperature refreshing. The pool is too small for the volume of gas that are there.

A great long weekend stay for a family wedding. The on- site bar and cafe are wonderfully charming, and the staff really attentive and helpful overall. We loved our stay and the location/ walkability of the area. Let’s not forget the plush bedding and soft sheets ensuring a good night’s rest. Thank you!

We had a nice stay! I would say for how much we spent I was surprised at how dingy some things were. Also for $300 a night I’d expect better than one-ply toilet paper. The staff were great and the gentleman at the front desk was fantastic! We were supposed to receive champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to our room when we arrived however they weren’t in our room when we got there. We had to ask four times over the course of four hours where they were. He did a great job trying to ensure they got to us. Lastly, the pool was HOT.

Everything was great. Our room had a small balcony and it was so nice to sit outside with our coffee in the mornings. Room was updated and very roomy. Highly recommend.

The staff was phenomenal. Without exception, staff members were welcoming and helpful. The food and coffee were disappointing

Room only had a rainfall shower - and no shower caps! So taking a shower without getting hair wet was not a thing. Also no other amenities in room, e.g., shower cap, lotion, etc! The accessible room (that had a hand held shower) was in terrible shape - bathroom had very old tile, cracked paint and rusting fixtures.

The hotel looks better online than in person, it is a nice hotel, and it was clean for the most part until you walk from the elevator to your room and there were piles of towels sitting by the door of many of the rooms and they remained there for hours. We booked one of the most expensive rooms with a balcony, if you want to call it that. The balcony was very small and barely fit the two chairs and tiny table that was on the balcony. The room was quite small as well. Don't get me wrong the hotel was nice enough but hardly worth the nearly $300 a night it cost.

It is a beautiful hotel with large comfortable rooms. It is close walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed cocktails and appetizers at the roof top pool. Our server Tamara did a great job. We were there on a Saturday so the pool was very busy and we were a large group of 9. Tamara had great customer service. She did a great job keeping up with the large crowd and the cocktails and food were both very good. The front desk staff that checked us in and answered any questions we had during our stay also had great customer service.
