Friendly helpful staff

I loved the smell it smelled very nice and clean and I loved the employee at front desk john he was very professional and very helpful and kind.

Great location. Nice staff. It’s a budget motel, so you get what you pay for. Sheets are thin. Cleanliness level was below average for a national chain. Property is tired.

in bathroom was broken and sharp and cut my finger. The bed is on a metal locker type frame and would make a big "bongx noise any time we would sit on it. The bathroom faucet was rusted. The shower head leaked when in use. The room had a damp smell. There was a room deodarizor attached to AC that didn't smell good

The place was extremely clean, and staff was helpful when I had questions. The airport shuttle service was great. I am not a fan at all of the virtual check in. I came in very late night to check in and had to deal with a computer to get checked in while staff was walking around cleaning. I feel there shouldn't be the loss of human interaction at check in.

What a horrible stay. I had two nights scheduled but I left after the first. Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Dirty. Smelled of smoke throughout. Very sketchy people walking around. There was no human in the flesh to check in, it was some dude on a video, most likely not even in the country. Absolutely the worst! Don’t stay here. Seriously, it isn’t worth the cheaper cost.

Everything

Close to the airport One room had no shower curtain, only one usable towel as the other one was used & on the floor. Also half the carpet was wet from the air conditioning. Our other room smelt awful, like cat pee.

Disappointing
-
The fact the AC worked. Room had rust everywhere, stains littered all surfaces, food from previous visitors was left. AC looks like it was barely in the socket. 24 hour shuttle is NOT 24 hours false advertising.

I recommend for a quick stay

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was very damp. The carpet and bedding was always damp and it smelled moldy. It flared my allergies up. There's no breakfast and they kept closing the pool and the pool area was not well lit. Other than that the stay was good. Staff was awesome, there was just issues beyond thier control.

There was a tub of popcorn spilled in the elevator and people were fighting in the hallway all night. Our “suite” smelled so heavily of air fresheners that we couldn’t breathe. They switched us to another room and the beds weren’t made. They switched us to a third room and it smelled like mildew and had water dripping from the ceiling. We just stayed in that room because it was late and we had a very early flight. The shuttle driver was the only pleasant aspect of the trip. 100% do not recommend.

Bed bugs Overwhelming smell of things being smoked. So terrible they can't staff it. 3rd party kiosk . Worst hotel I've ever seen. Left without staying asked for a refund. Save yourself the trouble and just sleep in your car. Do NOT stay here.

I do not recommend this hotel and will never stay there again. Days Inn, in my past experience, used to be a good hotel to stay at. It started with the kiosk I had to use to check in. I didn't like the idea of having to talk to someone that was not even at the property. And was then sent to a room that had not been cleaned yet. I found the housekeeper and she graciously went to my assigned room and began cleaning it. Then the "part time" manager saw what was going on and found me a serviced room. The "new" room was bad! A previous remodel was bad. No care was taken to "stay inside the lines" when it was painted with "over painting" in several places. There was trash behind an end-table. "Blistering" and peeling paint in the bathroom. A front door that looked like it was falling off it's hinges though it did close and lock. A rear entry that had stains, like a leaking trash bag was drug across the floor. The stains were there for two days before being somewhat cleaned. The room seemed damp like the AC wasn't working correctly. I talked to another couple staying at the hotel that had similar experiences. I will probably never stay at another Days Inn property again. I have photos but my cell service is bad and would take too long to load them.

Staples almost cut my foot from the carpet to the bathroom, and no washcloths. Got boxed in by two big trucks, and my paint got damaged trying to safely pull out of the spot

Yes, the room had a pungent smell. I booked a King room and there were none available. I ended up in the two bed queen room.
