Clean and easily accessible from the airport. No coffee maker, ice buckets in room. Kiosk Che k in was horrible! Speaker was garbled and heavily accented attendant was difficult to understand.

Nothing Dirty, had bugs, a man watching the lobby with a kiosk

Faucet fell off while taking a shower. Virtual attendant hard to understand while checking. Very clean room. Only breakfast offered is coffee and a few berry flavored yogurts.

Room was in terrible condition. Faucet was leaking on the floor. Dresser was broken. Looked like most of the furniture needed to go to the dump.

The property is close to the airport in the airport shuttle only cost $5. The room smelled absolutely terrible. There were no kleenexes there was no shampoo in the shower but for some reason there was some we think on the wall by the sink outside of the room. The air conditioner barely worked and it was really humid. No one would ever answer the front desk when we called when we landed back to KC as I'm guessing the virtual host is the only thing they have working there?

Able to check in late Impersonal with kiosk. Hotel was filthy in common areas ( elevator, halls, carpets, walls). Strong air fresheners not good for allergies. Cockroaches in bathroom

There was no one working the front desk. You are greeted by someone at a kiosk. The property is outdated and the elevator rattled the entire way up to the third floor. When we opened up our door, the room smelled like old cigarette smoke. The mattresses seem new and somewhat comfortable, but overall the room felt dirty and old and unpleasant. I will not be staying at this hotel in the future

Room size , location and parking . Eniter hotel smell like bleached, hotel need alot of maintenance, room need more cleaning.

Close to my job is all. The bed was hard. Pillows were lumpy. Bed rail on the side is inconvenient, because I kept hitting my feet on it when getting in and out of bed. Ac unit looked old, worked, but old. Musty smell in the room. Carpet was damp. Marijuana smell in the hallway. Kiosk for desk clerk. Very impersonable.

I would not recommend staying at this Days Inn. From the moment we arrived, the experience was unacceptable. There were people sleeping in the lobby, which immediately made us uncomfortable. The cleanliness of the room was even worse. We found public/pubic hair on the towels, cockroaches, mouse droppings, and food crumbs/food debris in the bed. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel, regardless of the price. We brought our concerns to the front desk, but the situation was not adequately resolved. A hotel room should at the very minimum be clean, sanitary, and free of pests. Unfortunately, this property did not meet even those basic expectations. I strongly recommend management take the cleanliness and pest-control issues seriously. We will absolutely not be staying here again.

Front desk staff was excellent. There were almost no amenities otherwise. No coffee in the room. No cups or glasses. It was just a place to sleep for the night. Okay for that, but not for much else.

First room (204) smelled strongly of urine, despite having supposedly been cleaned. Offered a second room (208) which smelled of mold mildew. There was visible dark mold all over the window where water had pooled and mold in the bathroom. The room felt moist and the smell was too much. There is no desk agent, it’s a video screen for someone overseas, while he was helpful checking in he could only keep offering us rooms. We opted to check out about 20 mins after checking in. Stayed at the Hilton down the road.

Breakfast was just yogurt packs and packets of oatmeal. No milk. The floor in the room was sticky and it smelled from pet odor. We had to check in from a kiosk even though there was someone at the front desk. He was good for help. Would have rather had him check us in. The north side of the building was pretty sketchy
