The front desk person gave a key to my room to another guest. They opened my door while I was half naked

Everything was good, I even got a wake up call for the shuttle to the airport

Nice older hotel! Staff was very helpful and pleasant.

The staff were very helpful. The items in the room were minimum and of low quality. The carpet needs cleaning or replacement. The front door area needs more vacuuming.

The shuttle gets you there quick and pick up was quick. I will say that the return shuttle driver drove a little fast and slamming on the brakes and taking corners fast enough you had to hang on to something. We got back to our car safe and sound.

Pool is unusable. Apparently pool doesn't have a heater according to the front desk attendant. So the pool is room temperature. The water felt ice cold and the pool room was only 70 degrees. I guess thats why Noone was in the pool the 2 days we stayed at this hotel. This was one huge reason we booked this hotel because of a pool.

Reasonably price clean There was no call curtains incredibly bright parking lot lights, and this bothered us during the night with the lights coming into our room

Close-ish to the airport, easy parking Hallways smelled of mold, mildew and sour laundry, room was dusty, the beds were so uncomfortable and there were only 2 towels provided for a queen(2 bed) room.. shower lacked pressure and hallways were so uneven they were a tripping hazard.

The toilet seat was dirty.

Beds were comfortable, breakfast in the morning was good. Sadly we didn't have any toiletries provided and had to unpack ours. If I have another early morning flight I will stay here, only minutes from the airport as well

Our room had several electrical outlets that didn’t work

No hot tub, their specialty coffee maker was broken, pool was clean but a bit too cool.

The rooms were clean and they offered a shuttle to the airport

I called them at 10:30 from airport. Wouldn’t send the driver. If I had not paid fir the room, I wouldn’t have gone.
