Nice stuff and very clean place

Breakfast was OK, not great. The generic hotel breakfast. 2 stars for the breakfast. Room was clean, not special, probably a 3 star rating for the room. There seemed to be plenty of parking the night I was there.

I have a serious problem with Best Western because I booked the room for a handicapped friend (Leonard Ward) from Arizona and used my Chase Visa credit card to book the room but when we arrived and checked in the lady at the front desk could not speak English very good and my friend from Arizona and I were both charged $122.74 for the room. I have contacted Chase about the problem and filed a grievance with them but Chase says they can not help me with the problem until my friend sends a "screen shot" showing we both paid for the room but my friend in Arizona is not "tech savvy" and can't hep resolve the problem. I gave Chase Mr. Ward's credit card number (with Mr Ward's consent) and date of expiration but Chase says they can not help me unless I send them the scrren shot of Mr. Ward's card showing that he also paid for the room...understand??

Great room as long as it was on the back side of the building. Really cold on the front side as you could feel the cold air coming in around the air conditioner and window. Had to move rooms, as the bed was close to the window and the heat wouldn't work.

My flight didn’t arrive until after midnight, and I didn’t find out until I was standing out on the curb at the airport shuttle pickup that the shuttle only runs until 11:00pm. So, I had to call for a Lyft, wait an additional 20 minutes, and pay for a ride to the hotel, not arriving there until 1:30am. Thankfully, the bed and pillows were comfortable when I got there and I was able to sleep a couple of hours before I had to be up and going again.

Would have been (ok) just for one night, but our room smelled like dirty dog.

The room was nice, clean, the bed comfortable and enough pillows. The breakfast was good and plenty of variety. The room is very close to the Airport and the car rentals. Enjoyed our stay.

The room was okay. Carpet was dirty, but visually the rest of the room looked okay. The bathroom sink was plugged and barely drained. We were there for 3 nights and were told they only clean the room and refresh the towels every 3 days. Not a horrible stay, just okay. I guess you get what you pay for!

Them I wasn’t comfortable and asked for a new room which they gave me. We had tornado sirens and weather and they did not offer any safe space or even talk to all of us that came down to the lobby to be safe. The whole hotel smelled, hallways and rooms. Beds were hard, blankets were thin and rough. I wouldn’t stay here again if I didn’t have to.

Very convenient for being close to the airport. And very nice property.

It also gave the impression that someone may have been living on the premises, which contributed to an overall feeling that the hotel was not being managed as professionally as it should be. While the staff was courteous, the condition and atmosphere of the hotel did not meet my expectations for a Best Western Plus.

Close to airport Charged me twice

Close to family. Clean and welcoming.. No complaints
