The hotel is in a weird location. I arrived around 130pm and the place had an eerie vibe to it. The gentleman behind the front desk failed to put on deodrant and possibly failed to shower. I asked about checking in early. He said check in was 3. I said I know, I’m asking if my room is ready to check in early. He didn’t acknowledge me, just whispered into the phone and typed on his computer, all the while I’m trying to breathe through my mouth. He finally says I can check in…and he follows me through the lobby. I go upstairs to my room, which is clean. As the night goes on, I keep noticing the carpet by the air conditioner is getting wetter and wetter. I was happy to leave the next day.

Upon arriving, I noticed that the interior of the hotel itself had a strong smell. I couldn’t put my finger on what the smell was until I entered my guest room - it smelled like strong carpet cleaner mixed with baby powder. Somewhat nauseating. Other than the smell, I had issues with getting locked out of the hotel each night. My key card would always deactivate every day. I would try and enter through a side or back door closest from where I would park. I wouldn’t ever be able to get in and would then have to walk all the way around to the front of the building to enter through the main entrance.

Very poor maintenance, dirty rooms and stinky areas in general.

I had to call twice for the airport shuttle and waited about 35 minutes for a pick up. The front desk said it was likely due to a shift change. I also requested an 8:30 shuttle for the following morning and the front desk didn't have it noted. We left the property close to 8:45 which was fine, but I would encourage guests to make sure they leave plenty of time to catch the shuttle.

The rooms weren’t very clean. The air conditioner vibrated really loud all night. The shower drain was completely blocked. They were out of nearly everything for breakfast. No forks, the coffee machine was broken, there was no waffle batter. Pretty disappointed in the upkeep and stay.

The only real negative was that the person who checked me in looked fine but had a terrible body odor. Was she sick?

Front desk staff was helpful and easy to work with minus language barrier. The room was okay. Not somewhere I would want to spend an extended amount of time. Floors were vacuumed and clean. Flooring felt slanted in some spots. The bed is very hard. Amenity electronics worked well. Bathroom was questionable. No hand soap was available to wash hands. Toilet seat had a hair on the seat when we first arrived. No additional toilet paper available. A partial roll of toilet paper was left. Bathtub looked dirty. We did like that family size bottles of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were available in the shower. We didn’t get to try the breakfast. Parking is a little cramped. Overall, 3.5/5. The place offered the needs we needed for just a couple hours of rest needed.

We stayed here the night before a World Cup match, paying $250/night, and it was by far the worst hotel experience of my life. The room itself was in terrible condition: a broken chair, visible mold/mildew in the shower, and towels that were stained and full of holes. The service was even worse. Getting the shuttle from the airport required calling ahead, and the front desk staff gave unclear instructions and then made us wait 20 minutes outside once we arrived. At check-in, the same receptionist spoke so quietly she was hard to understand, and didn't know basic things like where the laundry room was, constantly having to call someone else for answers. The next day we ran out of body wash mid-shower and called the front desk for a refill. Instead of sending someone, the receptionist told us to track down housekeeping ourselves. They weren't on our floor, so I had to go downstairs half-showered to find some. It got worse. The hotel doesn't service rooms unless requested, but this isn't explained anywhere. When we asked for towels, we were again told to find housekeeping ourselves. We called back and waited over 30 minutes with no towels delivered. My husband finally went down to the front desk and was handed only two towels, both stained and full of holes. For $250 a night, this level of disrepair and disorganization is unacceptable. I've stayed at hotels under $100/night with far better conditions and service. Avoid this hotel!!!

Staff was very helpful and extremely friendly. Bathroom had an odd stain on the wall. Room was clean and comfortable.
