The only issue we experienced was that the computer/ATM was not working, which took a little extra time. Other than that, breakfast was excellent with no complaints, and check-out was easy and smooth. Parking was easy and safe . Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

No soap at the tub. It was empty. If it were raining, you would unload in the rain.

I had just gotten back from a missions trip to Alaska and it was a wonderful place to rest and relax before heading home. I was glad to have breakfast and coffee before we hit got on the road.

I liked the walk in shower and taller than typical toilet. The hidden $35 fee they charge for possible purchases or damage that is above on top of the price we were actually quoted when booking, the teeny tiny room, the paper thin walls and ceiling, the price

Good breakfast, comfy beds, walk in shower major plus, clean throughout entire property, and hard floors is a must for me when picking hotels. Overall, good experience.

Location, airport shuttle Bed was lumpy. Breakfast not good.

Great location

I like the location and the games for the kids. I did not like the pillows were flat pancakes and we tried to get 2 extra but could not. They said the entire property had no extra. That was after being told I’ll call you and let you know. No one called and I had to go back to lobby to ask again. There was hair short and long hair all over our toilet and under the when you lifted it. We had no body wash. The bottle was empty! Tried to call front desk but the phone wasn’t working. We just went and bought some at store. The breakfast wasn’t replenished. At 9:15am pancake batter was empty. We ask to make more she said ok but never brought out another batch. Just tried to wait it out til breakfast closed. So we never got pancakes. If breakfast goes until 10 you should replenish until then.

The whole experience was positive.

I enjoyed the free breakfasts and the fact they have a lot of breakfast items to choose from.I also enjoyed playing pool and watching the world cup at the TV section of the lobby that they had.The gym and laundry room was great too. I had a wonderful stay.No complain.

Breakfast was good. Beds comfortable. They made good use of the small space in the rooms. Really close to the airport but still couldn't hear any plane traffic. All good
