All very good!

We were highly impressed by the overall quality and thoughtful design of the hotel. From the amenities provided—such as hooks and benches for storing belongings—to the consistently clean environment, every detail demonstrated a strong emphasis on guest comfort. The breakfast was of high quality, and we enjoyed engaging in recreational activities, including playing Connect 4 and Jenga. The facility also featured additional entertainment options, including a pool table and a cabinet with various games. Parking was ample, and we successfully located a space even after a Royals game. Additionally, the staff we interacted with were both engaging and courteous, contributing to a positive and welcoming experience.

We had to call the front desk to get a code to use the internet. The noise from the road , which was not close but was pretty loud. Don’t plan on breakfast, 2/10. I personally wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We were given a room in bad location for 2 Seniors; they did not advise the it was not serviced until after the 3rd day crazy with towels as we stayed 2 days. They should either advise or say you may request it? A King is not good for 2 large suitcases.

As mentioned in another more detailed review, my wife and I stayed here on two separate occasions and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this facility!

We completely enjoyed our stay at this location which ended up being two nights on both directions to and from our final destination. The staff were all courteous, friendly, and efficient. The entire facility was well thought out with a fun gaming area, great breakfast, and a room that had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here on our next trip through, and will recommend it to all of our family and friends!

Location Very small. Sewage problems, bathroom sink stunk like sewage. I would not stay here again.

Very modern and new, nicely decorated. Nice staff, good breakfast choices Noisy doors, they slam shut so that was annoying in the middle of the night. The pillows were very saggy. When you put your head down on the pillow, your head sinks all the way down to the bed.

Location was fine, but the room was very small, we weren’t able to open our suitcase fully w/o rearranging the desk. No coffee in the room.

Outstanding facility and staff!!!!! Your location is closed to be able to turn-in my the rent car. And the Old Chicago is very closed to your facility and they have excellent customer serve’s! I would use both again! I have no feedback to provide.

It was delightful stay and the front desk was awesome and very helpful on questions I had about the stay...Really nice facility and the rooms were spacious also love the comfort of the beds...Highly recommend
