Staff was exceptionally friendly (even at 1am when our flight got in). The lobby was a lot of fun Shuttle to airport hours.

Location was fine, but the room was very small, we weren’t able to open our suitcase fully w/o rearranging the desk. No coffee in the room.

Outstanding facility and staff!!!!! Your location is closed to be able to turn-in my the rent car. And the Old Chicago is very closed to your facility and they have excellent customer serve’s! I would use both again! I have no feedback to provide.

Great location to the airport and shopping not far away. The free shuttle advertised didn't pick us up from the airport even though this had been arranged prior.
