Room was clean. Zero complaints.

Great hotel in a nice location. Clean rooms. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Kids liked the game lounge area.

Staff was really nice and the rooms were clean and organized.

Staff were friendly and bed was comfortable. Overall space was small and poorly optimized. Very little space for clothes or luggage. You could hear the kids of neighboring rooms running up and down the halls and any door that closed so the sound isolation in each room isn't great. I won't be using Tru again, but I can see why some people might.

Wonderful staff with great staff

Our flight got in Kate and it was around 1:00 am by the time we crawled into bed. At 9:00 am housekeeping knocked on the door and tried to come in. We said we weren't ready to check out. Then he proceeded to talk very loudly in the hall to another coworker to the point that I was ready to scream! Very unprofessional and disrespectful to the people staying there.

The rate was expensive but I guess there was a surge due to the World Cup

Front desk girl that met us at 1 a.m was super nice and friendly. She alone would inspire me to return. I wish bottled water was complimentary and waiting on our room.

This hotel was really nice! The staff was very helpful and explained everything very well. The hotel and room was very clean and modern. It was a very short drive to the airport, so that was very helpful! It seemed like they would have had a really nice breakfast, but we had to leave earlier than it was opened to catch our flight. I would definitely stay at this place again and recommend it to all others.

The WiFi didn’t work for us.

The only issue we experienced was that the computer/ATM was not working, which took a little extra time. Other than that, breakfast was excellent with no complaints, and check-out was easy and smooth. Parking was easy and safe . Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Disclosure on a $75 pet fee. Booking said nothing, I contacted them and nothing paid, nothing on check in just a surprise charge on credit card.
