Great value

Nice staff, good room, great stay

Hotel was humid, smelled badly throughout. Room and hallway smelled strongly of mildew. Stairway smelled of urine.

Everything was excellent. Great stay.

We flew in from Chicago for World Cup game and flew out next morning, so my son and I were only in the hotel briefly, but staff was excellent. The front desk employee checked us in late Saturday night after the game and helped us with shuttle service to airport at 330 am as we had to get back to Chicago. Thanks for making our short stay perfect.

Room was ready and the staff was incredible.

The lighting in the bathroom and bedroom was absolutely abysmal. You can’t out on your makeup except by the bedroom window in the daytime. The water pressure at the sink is quite low, so it’s hard to wash up. Signage for the Restaurant would be nice. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Good spot near the airport. Super clean.

We enjoyed our stay, great staff, very clean rooms and areas. Only complaint was there was not much for water pressure at all in the shower both mornings, unsure if this is common or if we just had bad timing.

A nice quick and easy stay.

The staff was great--so helpful to me with my recent painful injury. Especially Joe at the desk; Maria at breakfast; and the 2 shuttle drivers. It felt a bit pricey to me. But, then I'm used to traveling in the 1990's!

Great place to stay

I just wanted a little bit of polite acknowledgement. A refund of my Uber cost would have been nice.

Staff was very helpful and curteous.

The airline gave vouchers to stay at Hilton KCI and so at least 40 passengers all showed up at the same time. Mitalia was calm and friendly and kept all of us smiling and happy. Later on, she even provided me with a bandaid from her purse as I had cut myself on my daughter’s suitcase. Above and beyond! Lastly, later that afternoon in the restaurant, the waitress was very kind and accommodating to myself and our daughter. I forget her name, but she was a mature woman with sandy blonde hair. Very calming and kind! Thank you for having some of the friendliest staff I have ever experienced on all of my travels! KC Nice!

Property is nice. Room clean. Lisa at the front desk was amazing - so very kind and helpful! Hoss, the driver, was also wonderful.
