The breakfast was another disappointment. They charge $17 per person for a very basic breakfast that is no better than what many other hotels include for free with the room. Definitely not worth the price. The biggest issue was the reservation policy. I accidentally booked the wrong date and realized my mistake immediately. I canceled the reservation within 2 minutes, yet they refused to refund me. I called customer service several times, and every time I was told, "It's our policy." Keeping someone's money for a reservation canceled almost instantly is unfair and feels like taking advantage of customers. Overall, it feels like this hotel is taking advantage of the increased demand during the World Cup by charging extra fees and enforcing unreasonable policies. I won't be staying here again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for fair value or good customer service.

Paying for parking as a quest and not flying is ridiculous. Then there’s no management on the weekends according to the front desk staff.

Was there for the soccer World Cup and choose the Hilton for its proximity to the airport. Everything was great with this hotel
