Hilton Owners need to visit their own Building. No way near Hilton standards. Paid $264 send me my money back

Room was cleaned daily with towels being changed daily. Paying for parking

Overall it was fine and close proximity to MCI. But it’s outdated. Needs a touch up.

The room were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent

The front desk staff were great! The bed was firm and I slept well. The restaurant and lounge, and bartender was awesome. Having to pay for parking! I was forced to pay for parking via my phone. Using your credit card over the phone is one of the best ways to have it stolen. I'd rather pay the front desk directly for that service. Much safer!

It’s an airport hotel so it’s an older property and not as fancy as some other hiltons but it was clean, safe and convenient for the airport. Lots of business travelers, had a restaurant and Starbucks.

Room assigned was not what paid for. Was given a room for a handicapped person with double beds when I paid for king bed(luxury) room. Toilet screeched like wounded animal with each flush. Was told that there was air in the pipeline and nothing could be done about it. Extremely noisy from the above floor renovations. Room door was extremely difficult to enter as well as close. Maintenance did manage to fix that issue. The staff was very nice but our overall stay was uncomfortable and extremely disappointing.

The water pressure in the shower was absolutely horrible. Water valve mixer definitely needs to be replaced.there are no stops. ,so handle just splns around .

Everyone was friendly and my room was clean and it was pretty

This hotel is a train wreck, but is supposedly getting refurbished soon. The rooms have no actual airconditioning, and need fans put in there every day when it is hot like it is now. Moreover, there was no wifi, and 1990s TV only, i.e. it was not a good room to spend any significant time in. Presumably the management knows of these defects, but still charges the same for the room. But on the other hand, I complained to the woman at the front desk, telling her what the engineer told me, there is no AC, its just air pumped to the rooms instead, and does not really cool anything. The woman at the front desk said that was not true, she had been there for 30 yrs, in this case, I take the work of the engineer, not the desk person.

Paying for parking is ridiculous! Air conditioning in my room is a joke, set at 60° but I assure you, it was not 60°, if O didn't have to pay $50 for parking I would of got a table fan that im sure would be cooler then that air conditioning. Tub doesn't drain. Lighting in the room is to dim and the curtains are disgusting! Wall paper coming off. The beds say double..but next time I'll being an air mattress or cot. Horrible stay roo. Wise, but the lady that checked me in and the other who got me another towel were very nice and helpful. The property just isn't good.

It was nice...starting to show it's age. The chairs in the restaurant definitely need updated. I had a good sleep and everyone was nice.

The room and bathroom were clean and well stocked. I didn't eat breakfast or go to the bar, but the dinner I ate at Asado Restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. The waitress provided excellent service. However, paying for parking at a hotel that I am staying at is a new experience that I do not like! Plus, I was charged twice. Now I have to contact a third party to dispute the second charge which is time consuming! Wish I could have handled it at the hotel desk.

Nothing. Man who checked us in lied and said all the rooms had walk-in showers. Our room definitely had a bath tub. Room was old and showed a lot of wear. Pool was in the basement and had a lot of stuff floating on the surface.
