Toilet was clogged, had to go to first floor to poop, pool was full of bugs n leaves. Staff was argumentative when asked about anything. Ill sleep in my car before I stay there. Plus they charge you $15 to park. Poor business. I have leaving bad reviews....but they deserve it.

Staff was nice, the future may be brighter for this property after renovations

Excellent

Don't book on another site or they will screw you over if need to switch and you'll be out all your money
-
Close to airport and family. Room clean, staff helpful during stay. We had a rental car but they had shuttle to airport.
-
The pool had not been skimmed and was loaded with June bugs and cottonwood cotton. Our shower didn't work and my wife had to lay on her back in the tub to wash her hair.

Really helpful team

The bed was comfortable, the room clean, and had nice staff. The US needs to learn from Europe on breakfast, though; thumbs down on that.
-
The closet to hang clothes too small and the hanger bar is too low. The bathroom door kept banging the wall if you left the door open even a little when airing out as it did not have an exhaust fan.

Great, safe stay! Airport shuttle for free!! Immaculately clean room (Siba) and property. Easy to relax on the comfortable bed and pillows. Exceptionally clean sheets, towels and restrooms. Very nice Starbucks, bar and restaurant on site. Snacks and coffee available throughout the day. Easy to enjoy.

Overall an underwhelming experience. I've had much better, cleanlier experiences. Didn't really care for the Hilton. I wouldn't go back. I also didn't like having to pay for parking when the only people using the lot is people who already paid to stay.

Old building and in the bathroom the water stock very bad , and the ceiling was dump
-
I changed rooms because the bathroom was filthy and the toilet was backing up. Then when we went to other room tub and toilet was backing up. I took pictures also

This Hilton property - and I love Hilton - is extremely dated. Paying to park is a pet peeve of mine as well but I get they probably charge that to keep people from parking there instead of at the airport. The hotel feels straight out of the 1970s.

1) There were no microwaves in the rooms. I buy a lot of carryout and had to make 50 trips to a smail microwave in the lobby. 2) There were no clocks or bibles in the drawers 3) Only 2 washclothes & 2 bath towels 4) I had to change rooms as the first room #732 had a tub that was peeling & looked horrible. 5) There was no light bulb in the lamp near the chair 6) The room was freezing & the thermostat didn't seem to work correctly. Finally got a good room temp on the last night. I can't blame the hotel but I somehow ended up with a cold. 7)My daughters room had a peeling ceiling & ripped carpet. There was a big ball of hair on the bed when we walked in. Somje of the wall outlets did not work. Again no clocks, bible & minimal bath towels. 8)The cover was coming off of the heater in the hall. 9) No free continental breakfast. Breakfast was $14.99, I think so I didn't eat there. 10)You have to pay to park. $12/day 11) The staff was nice.

Would not recommend. I have picture proof. Hotel was dirty and uncomfortable to stay in once I seen what I saw. (Blood Stains) Hotels.com offered to refund if the hotel was willing. However staff were greedy and declined to refund because of the World Cup and wanting to appear as “sold out”. Hotel offered a $50 restaurant voucher which was not used because I refused to eat in an unsanitary environment. Hotels.com did give me a partial refund. I had to go through my bank to dispute the Hilton. I’m not even that type of person but blood stains on the bed is where I draw the line.
