The staff were so friendly. My mom and I were on a road trip with two toddlers and a 6 year old. The lady at the front desk dropped off a pack and play with a cute little fitted sheet for us to use even though I had packed our own it was so thoughtful. The place was clean, well maintained, we felt safe and the bed was so comfortable! The shower and bath was spacious enough to fit all three littles in at once. Wish they had a Marriott in the small town we were headed to. On the way out the lady offered our girls some popcorn and again we thought they were so kind!

2 day trip to Kansas City and we're so happy we chose this hotel! The airport shuttle service alone was a huge plus. Every single employee we met was very nice and helpful. There was a bit of chaos due to the World Cup game that weekend and they were very informative and helpful about the rides and times. It was our first time in Kansas City and we loved it. We didn't get to use the indoor pool, but happy it's there, maybe next time! The eating area is also spacious with a tv, which was great as we didn't want to smell up our room with food.The only negative thing I will say is that the walls are a bit thin, someone was blasting music the whole night, but not the hotel's fault.
