Nice place staff was great

2 day trip to Kansas City and we're so happy we chose this hotel! The airport shuttle service alone was a huge plus. Every single employee we met was very nice and helpful. There was a bit of chaos due to the World Cup game that weekend and they were very informative and helpful about the rides and times. It was our first time in Kansas City and we loved it. We didn't get to use the indoor pool, but happy it's there, maybe next time! The eating area is also spacious with a tv, which was great as we didn't want to smell up our room with food.The only negative thing I will say is that the walls are a bit thin, someone was blasting music the whole night, but not the hotel's fault.

Took them 35 minutes to locate our Expedia reservation - kept saying they didn’t have it and finally found it.

I loved this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great shuttle service. The room was clean. The air quality was great as well in the room. And breakfast was very good. Lots of options.

Great place for a layover at the airport.

We were greeted nicely by the Desk staff and check in went smoothly. We had a very nice double queen room. The room was clean,as was the bathroom.The beds were very comfortable and we spent a relaxing night. The Breakfast was swell,with sausage,eggs,biscuits and gravy,and a muffin. The coffee was good and fresh orange juice was good and chilled. Fairfield was a good choice for our road trip through Kansas City. I would highly recommend this place.

Only complaint was the ice machines were far away. Had to go down two floors and walk far for the ice.

Nice breakfast and nice staff

We were at the Fairfield near KCI on a very busy weekend. Crowds of World Cup travelers and young baseball teams were there. Staff were efficient and friendly, and arranged a very early-morning airport shuttle for us. We had a ground-floor room that was conducive to leaving early - great (short) stay. Good stay - no complaints.
