This property was perfect for what we needed - a "park and fly" hotel. We flew out exceptionally early the next morning so the shuttle service at 4am was perfect for us. The parking price is better than economy and the shuttle drivers were great! The front desk check in person was also excellent. We checked in at 10pm and she was cheery and helpful to us.

Clean and well maintained. Breakfast above average for this class of hotel. Fruendly staff. A hundred dollar guarantee deposit is hefty, and it is not released immediately after checkout. It made me feel uneasy

I booked the room for my son and his family on my credit card. When they arrived they were told they couldn't check in unless I was present. We called the hotel staff to try to work it out, they said they couldn't admit them unless we filled out a form. We downloaded what turned out to be a pdf for and tried to fill it out. The staff said it wasn't legible enough and refused to let them stay. They ended up sleeping in their car with three little kids.

Great place to stay! The only issue was that the ice machine on the 6th floor wasn't working. Otherwise, nothing to complain about, honestly.
