We stayed here overnight prior to a flight. Check in was quick and the staff were friendly. The hotel was clean and in good repair. Our room was in great shape and had probably one of the best hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. The hotel shuttle to take us to the airport was on time and the driver was friendly.

Looking for a place near KCI/MCI airport this is a great option. Spacious rooms, microwave and mini-fridge in the room, and a nice bar downstairs. Staf was friendly and helpful.

Super clean, nice facility Service very friendly but a little slow. Had to ask twice for sheets for pullout bed. Breakfast was good, but not as good as others we’ve experienced.

If they tell you your room is free because you are a first time guest well I’m not sure how true that is because I still havent received a refund . I’ve called 3 times for a receipt and the girl at the front just says “oh I’m gonna do it now “ or “ my computer is booting up “ . I left a message on the answering machine with call back info and still have not received a call back

Do nkt disturb signs are useless bc house keeping still will knock. Then knock again a few hrs later asking if youre checking out on time when you dont check out til the next day. Front desk will then call your room at 11PM
