Front desk was nicer. Property is in need of an over haul. Floors were sticky. Burn marks on things. Carpet disgusting. Breakfast was non existing. Elevator broken. Just gross overall

Would not recommend. Not very clean. I wiped down every surface. They were sticky. Bathroom was more updated & appeared clean. Bed was comfortable & linen seemed clean. No kitchen supplies & our plane got in too late to get any. Got up in the morning & there was no “hot breakfast”. Coffee was from really old machine & was out. Decaf coffee was only in instant packets. The front desk person seemed to be trying & I did see him cleaning. Patent company does not appear to put any money back into this particular hotel. Not worth the money!

Nothing. The door to the room was busted, we found a bed bug on a towel, the carpet was sticky.

The room was not properly cleaned before we checked in. The bed linens and pillows had visible stains, the furniture had grime and marks on it, and the bathtub was covered in dirt and discoloration that made it look like it hadn’t been scrubbed in a long time. The room smelled earthy like there’s mold hidden, I took photos because words don’t do it justice. For a hotel that advertises extended stays, cleanliness should be a basic expectation. Instead, I felt uncomfortable touching the bedding or using the bathroom. It made me question what had actually been sanitized before our arrival. Unfortunately, my experience seems to reflect a pattern of complaints from other guests who have reported cleanliness issues, worn-out rooms, and poor overall conditions at this property. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families or travelers expecting a clean, comfortable place to stay near the airport. Spend a little more money elsewhere—your health, comfort, and peace of mind are worth it.

Very convenient location to the airport parking company I used during my vacation. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Room was nice and had a kitchenette that would be great for an extended stay.

The elevator was broken our entire stay (Friday-Monday), our toilet wasn’t working properly, the floors in our room were sticky, the room also smelled faintly of cigarette smoke and only had one nightstand and a small three-drawer dresser. It felt like the ac was out in the hallways, stairwell, and lobby. Oh, and there was garbage in the trash cans in the stairwell that made the whole stairwell reek one day. The two staff members we interacted with were nice enough, but the place was not maintained and didn’t look like the pictures either.

The good. Staff very friendly. Repair man fixed the toilet in a timely manner. Room for the most part was fine. Very close to airport.

Needed a place to crash after a very late flight. Broken elevator. Smelly garbage in the hallway.

Room smelled like smoke people next door starting fighting and punching walls at 6am. Was denied a refund for checking out.

The staff was extremely friendly and willing to help with any questions. Breakfast was a little less than desirable. It's basically some cereal bars, grabbing, go, COFFEE WAS OUT. I stay here a lot when I'm in town. For business serves the purpose very well, prices. Great. Only down part is you need to find breakfast somewhere, but you can bring food breakfast sandwiches, things like that.Because you have a full kitchen.
