We also specifically booked the room with breakfast included and made sure it was selected during the reservation. However, when we went down for breakfast the next morning, we were told it wasn't included. Somehow the breakfast option had disappeared from our reservation, and the staff simply said they didn't know why instead of trying to resolve the issue. On top of that, our room keys repeatedly stopped working throughout our stay, which became a constant inconvenience. Unfortunately, the staff's attitude came across as rude and unhelpful whenever we asked for assistance. Overall, the lack of clear communication, unexpected charges, reservation issues, and poor customer service left us very unhappy. We expected a much smoother experience and would not choose to stay here again

We paid for the room on hotels.com. The next morning we went to have breakfast at the property. It wasn’t until after we had plates of food sitting down at the table, did the staff come up and ask for a ticket for breakfast. I did not receive a ticket and when talking with staff about it allegedly I did not pay for breakfast. Even though hotels.com advertised free breakfast with my room. Upon showing the staff that I indeed had a listing that stated I was receiving free breakfast. They only gave me one ticket for one of the two nights. The staff did state that apparently based upon what I paid I did not pay for breakfast. I find it weird that I have free breakfast advertised but I have to pay for it. If it’s free breakfast, I should not have to pay for it.

Room was nicely renovated.

close to airport. large parking lot. checked in and was given a king size bed. we had booked two queens online. when we got to the room, the mirror in the bathroom was completely off the wall and just next to the sink. the toilette didn't flush and the doors to the room DIDN'T lock unless we tried several times and push hard with our whole body.

I didn’t choose this property. It was the workshop leader who needed a room that was free during FIFA and close to the airport because most people were flying in. I took Amtrak. There were no restaurants within walking distance, except for the burger place open in the evenings. I had dinner there Friday Saturday Sunday nights burgers were great.
