really liked how clean everything is. This is just a suggestion... appreciate the fact you have good soap like Dove in the rooms, however, some people don't like how perfume the smell is. But other than that, everything was great.

I have stayed at this hotel several times because it's close to the airport but the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. This last stay I ate at the restaurant and also ordered room serve and the food was great

Everything was good except that there were a few ants on nightstand. Luckily, I didn't see any in the bed. It was too late to expect it to be exterminated, and I preferred to wait and I told the front desk when I checked out. The gentleman at the desk was very apologetic about this.

Location, staff Construction

We loved how quiet it was. The blackout shades were a nice touch. Our room was very large which we loved.

Exceptional

I stay at this property a lot because I go to the doctor in Kansas City I was not informed about it being under construction was very disappointing. Had company from Florida bragged about the motel, but was very disappointing and it’s under construction.

Everything was nice, would stay here again.

The renovation/no pool

The hotel felt run down and was not as clean as it should have been. Our room had a very noisy air conditioner, too few towels, and no hand soap at the sink, so we had to use the wall-mounted body wash from the shower. The airport shuttle was the biggest problem. We called as soon as we collected our luggage after 9:00 p.m. and were told the shuttle would arrive within 5 to 10 minutes. It was still about 97 degrees and humid. After 20 minutes we called again, and the front desk clerk seemed irritated that we were checking on it. We ultimately waited about 35 minutes. When the shuttle finally arrived, the rear cargo area was filled with the driver’s personal groceries, including several cases of beer. More concerning, his driving was erratic, with rapid acceleration and very late braking at stop signs. His unprofessionalism was compounded by a mouth full of chewing tobacco. We had booked this hotel again for the night before our return flight, but after this experience we cancelled that reservation and stayed elsewhere.

Everything was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Now why this bother me is the person who check me in was very helpful what you would expect

Very clean and workers very nice and elegant

Did not give us a handicap room as requested. Had to ask to have room cleaned after 3 days. It was just awful!
