For the amount of money you pay the hotel should be updated I had to switch rooms because my shower would not drain and was clogged, then I had to ask for towels as none was placed in my room.

Old hotel but pretty clean for the most part some areas have been updated while others needed some work. Restaurant inside was good and very close to the airport.

Every single person we encountered at this hotel was so nice! We were there late but the restaurant bar was just what we needed! The shuttle was so helpful and convenient! We will definitely stay here if we need a place by the airport!!!

The property is old and in the middle of a renovation. The toilet in our room made so much noise when flushing it would wake us up if flushed in the middle of the night. Breakfast was $15 per person for very limited selection, typically an included service at other hotels. Additionally , you have to ask for coffee and they would have to get it for you from the back. It wasn't that great of a stay.

Stay could’ve turned a little bit better they did let us know that there was renovation going on. We had stayed for three nights. The first two were OK but waking up our last day we were woken up at 5 AM from the smell of raw sewage. it filled the hallway and was unbearable. I did complain at the front desk, but they were no help. It’s very unfortunate because the stay would’ve been great otherwise.

Quiet and safe feeling location. Convenient to the expo center.

You can find much better, more modern and updated hotel for less money. Its mid remodel and I couldn't tell the difference between an old room and a remodeled one.

Traveling from Cali! Staff was super friendly and accommodating. We arrived about 2.5hrs before check in and the front desk offered us a room that was way in the back where they were doing construction(she warned us it’d be loud during certain hours), we were okay with it & accepted. Surprisingly enough we only experienced noise for about 45min? Right after we arrived to our room so it was perfect either way. The free shuttle they gave to/from the airport was a LIFE SAVER, Their lobby restaurant was great as well. 10/10 recommended. Every single person that worked there was amazing.

No hassle check in and check out. Staff was friendly and attentive. Dressed professionally. Hotel lobby and rooms had a nice fragrance.

This hotel is being renovated is the only reason for 4 stars at the moment. The staff were very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They went above and beyond with assistance in accommodating my disability.

Good location for my travel and the airport shuttle was easy to access. The rooms were clean and comfortable beds. The restaurant/bar was a good add to the experience, especially the great service. The gym was surprisingly well equipped relative to my expectations based on staying in similar types of hotels.
