The room was clean, I liked it

It was perfect for our stay, no noise, and very comfortable beds.

Found a Roach on one of the beds. Once entering the room the smell was terrible. Terrible experience overall.

Came to see my team at the Fifa World Cup and had a wonderful time. Thank you foe your hospitality!

The bed was nice

24/7 pick up and transfers

Only after eating the continental breakfast was I informed I now owe them 16.00. Was not worth $5

Clean hotel in general. Loved that the shuttle could pick you up when you needed from airport or drop off.

Didn't eat breakfast. I liked the fact that it was close to airport. Also told them I was going to Tampa Florida for the National Veterans Golden Age Games. Asked if I could leave my car in their parking lot until I got back. They said absolutely. Filled out form and tag to put in car. The best part is only $11.00 per day. Nothing. It's great.

Even better staff and super convenient

A great place to stay. Loved it.

Air conditioner was broken for 3 days, and a large fan was left in the room to try to dry up a spill. Had the AC been working 4 stars. Very convenient to the airport and Kansas City area. Good barbecue place next-door.

Rusty bathroom, the hotel needs renovations.

Strong smell of mold in the room. Apart of that it was great.

The lady working at the front desk was amazing. She is so kind and friendly and was the highlight of our stay. The shuttle to the airport was very helpful and our room was quiet, but it did sound like the neighboring room had water running in the bathroom the entire evening. Bathrooms could use some updating but overall, it was a pleasant stay before an early flight.

The staff was great, but the place seemed run-down for the price you pay. Also, for the price, breakfast should be included. It was a simple buffet with eggs, bacon, and fruit. The night prior, I ate at the bar, and the sandwich I ordered was very good. Now they do have a great shuttle service to and from the airport, which runs every 20 minutes.

Staff were very pleasant but the property is kind of old and it needs an uplift. It would be nice if the owners gradually invest a little and spruce up the property to bring it up to par. But overall I would recommend it and visit again.
