Fitness room was nice, thankyou

The hotel was under construction for remodeling and there was dust everywhere. The newly remodeled room we were in had no closet and no hot water. They did offer me a little off my stay but I definitely would not recommend this place for a stay.

Our room was recently renovated, but the TV didn’t work the next morning when we were leaving It was under construction the TV didn’t work in our room the next morning. I’m very disappointed in Booking.com and Sheridan because neither would own the question which was can I get a refund on my return night because of the northeaster and everything was canceled Needless to say, they kept telling me the other would have to approve it and nobody owned up and gave us a credit that every other establishment on our trip was able to work with us

Staff, Airport transportation, restaurant, and accommodations were excellent. My sister had a medical condition that required a piece of equipment be sent to the hotel. It was placed in our room upon checking in. The service was exceptional.

Great staff, but the building is under major construction. They are trying to refurbish it, but I think it will not turn out good enough. It is also just a mess right now, and extremely loud.

Breakfast should not be for sale!!

Going thru remodel. Will be really great once complete. The room was especially dark. The comforter was weirdly noisy as was the shower drain.

The hotel is under construction and filthy everywhere. Parking lot jammed full of construction vehicles. Under staffed and overworked. It used to be a great place but not anymore.

The staff was super nice and friendly the only problem my room had a weird order

We like the restaurant and bar after a full day of traveling. Our room was comfortable and we had a good night sleep.

The facility was clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and the value was excellent.

Stayed for flight out parked there while gone always great stay and great shuttle service doing remodeling right know so little dusty and dirty in places but excellent stay will always stay here

Every thing about this property was very nice. The shower was exceptional. The friendly gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally nice as were all of the staff that I encountered in the hallway. I liked everything about this property

We arrived tired from traveling all day . The front desk was very helpful and got us checked in pretty quickly. The room was very clean . We will stay again next time we are in KC traveling

The bed was fine, and the blackout shade was good. The hotel is under reconstruction. We paid over $150 for the room for one night, which, given how things went, was OVERPRICED by a FACTOR OF 3 or 4. The hallway had plastic and cardboard laid out on it from the nearest elevator to a point well past our room that was obviously dirty from workers bringing stuff in and out, and the door to the room next door was smeared with drywall filler and dust. There was loud banging that could be heard throughout the area, including in our room; another person who checked in just ahead of us was on the same floor and hallway, and we both hoped it would be short-lived. I called the desk, and was told that "all loud noises are supposed to stop by 4pm." They stopped banging about 5:30. "All work is supposed to stop by 6pm." After the banging stopped, the loud noise from cutting countertops adjacent to the building in a parking and construction-staging are (similar to using a tile-cutting circular saw, but larger) was LOUD inside our 5th-floor room OVER THE NOISY AIR CONDITIONER, continuing UNTIL 6:30pm, when I called them AGAIN. The desk agent said that she would ask the Manager to tell them to stop, which took about another 15 minutes. Speaking of the A/C, it was 75F in the room when we arrived, and the A/C was running. I made sure the settings were right, and lowered the target to 68F. We went to dinner, thinking that it would be cooled off when we returned. Nope. When we went to bed several hours later, it was still 75F; it "cooled down" to 71F by morning, still warmer than the set point. And LOUD. On check-out, I told the desk person that the A/C was only useful as a fan, since it failed to cool the air, as well as being noisy. It was obvious from her face and response that she has heard plenty of complaints about the situation.
