Room was nice. Left too early for breakfast We used taxi recommended by hotel and $35 for a 3 mile drive was a little much.
-
Convenience of being right by the airport. It's an hour and a half to drive to the airport and when you have a 6 am flight it is much easier to stay at the hotel and get some rest then take the shuttle in the morning. We stay there whenever we fly out of the KC airport.
-
How close it was to the airport. The smell of the property was terrible. It smelled very old. They really need to replace the carpet.
-
Close to the fields That they charged an extra hundred as a hold then didn’t give all your money back when left in tip top shape they also had snacks that we paid cash for that was also charged to the room
-
Staff was very friendly and helpful, price was terrific, room was clean and spacious. There were no linens for the hide-a-bed, and calling down to the front desk didn't bring us more.
-
Location Room was dirty. Hair in tub, dead spider in bathroom, toilet didn't work, smelled like some and very dirty all over. Got them to give us another room and the sheets had holes.
-
Close to the airport. Big room. Comfortable bed. There was a big bug in our room. We didn’t check to see what kind before we got rid of it. The bathroom door was a sliding door which was very hard to close. Apparently there is only one employee, so if he is driving the shuttle to the airport, you can’t check in or out. He was late for our shuttle even though he was on site. Also it says in multiple places on the web page that the shuttle is free. It is not. It costs $5. I suggest booking it 10 minutes earlier than you need it, and ring the bell to check out, otherwise they will leave you standing there.

I was charged a total of $220 for a room that was $87...

i had to wait 30 minutes to check in as there was no one working when i arrived. the tv didn’t work in my room and it was very dirty above

Location The first room they tried to give me, and my children spelled like mildew. They gave us a new room, but at the cost of me paying extra for using sheets and covers that supposed to already come with the room that I had already paid for.

The room was comfortable, and clean. The room was nice and Quite considering it was close to the airport. The complimentary Breakfast was a lot less than we expected. My spouse could not have a lot of the items because she can not have Whole Wheat, and a lot of the ittems has Whole Wheat.

Everything was great, was able to get the hotel shuttle to and from the airport, left early and landed late, dropped off and picked up with no problem!
-
The room was excellent . It was the nicest, roomiest for our whole 3week trip. Parking was questionable, especially handicapped parking. The parking lot was awful!!!!! Full of pavement breakups and giant holes and sucha small area it was impossible to manuver around the holes to protect car.
-
Close to airport which is what I needed. Staff was very nice. Very run down. Looks like it hasn’t been updated in years. Part of the cabinet was missing and never replaced. Felt more like a motel than hotel if that makes sense.
-
The room was pretty nice overall. The staff was pretty unfriendly. The entrance looked like it was out of a movie for a one hour fling. Too many handwritten notices. The driver for the shuttle was rather unkept, and the shuttle itself, seatbelts were broken and the driver didn't bother to help with luggage and I could tell he didn't like opening the door for me.

Location
-
Nothing. It location was the best Everything. There was mold in my bathroom. It smelled like mildew in both of my hotels rooms, there was massive fruit flies in my room as well.
-
check out The check in process was the worst I have ever experienced. If you would take down the plastic barrier, then the desk associate and I could actually hear each other and effectively communicate. I repeated myself so many times, I finally gave up and told him to do whatever he wanted. It has never taken me 20 minutes to check into a hotel. I have no idea what all was charged because I couldn't hear or understand him. Never before have I had all the hotel guests ID scanned. We aren't criminals and aren't purchasing cold medication. It's a hotel room. Just a one night stay.
-
The bed only had the top portion changed and there were pubic hairs and a host of other hairs and dirt under the top sheet. I wasn't expecting a lot at the price but it was appalling. Room wasn't cleaned well, charged a 50-250 incidental fee that was actually charged to card. Pool was closed, breakfast was minimal. I felt gross just laying in the bed. Couldn't wait to leave the room. Also we woke up to a huge worm crawling in the room..
