Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower could use some work and there was a hot tub in the corner of the room but it didn't work.

I've been going to KC a few times a year, for 3-4 years, for an overnight trip to catch a show. I've tried some other Super 8's in the greater metro, and perhaps a couple of other brand hotels around the same price point and distance from the Kauffman Center. None come close to the quality of this hotel.
