Super 8 by Wyndham Kansas City

Our first room smelled like animals had been in there so we got switched to another room and it smelled musty, so we had no choice but to get used to it. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. I felt like the area was safe. I was very disappointed to walk down for breakfast at 9 o’clock the next morning and it was closed. I feel like that’s very early to close for breakfast. Who wants to get up early on vacation?? It’s only from 6 to 9 AM.

Lack of secure parking. Especially for folks moving and having a uhaul/moving trailer

This hotel was fantastic and I’ll definitely be back, the staff was amazing and the rooms are better than you might think initially. Perfect place to stay to rest, thanks Super 8 Team!

Umm! Bathroom leaked, noisy air-conditioning, uncomfortable bed.

This is the best Super I’ve ever been at. It should be way more expensive lol. I’m gonna say more later.

The establishment was very clean and staff attentive and nice. We were a little disappointed with breakfast. There wasn’t any waffle machine to make fresh waffles or any other fresh made breakfast items. Breakfast was more continental.

Exceptional

I left multiple messages over multiple days for the manager to call me to discuss the charge and never heard back from them….. Most unprofessional hotel I’ve been to and I’ve stayed in hundreds I wouldn’t stay here unless you want to get charged for ridiculous stuff at the end of your trip. Will never go back.
