Hampton Inn Kansas City Northeast

.easy access to highway and worlds of fun First room was stinky. Moved us to another room air conditioner leaking and carpet was wet. Let staff know and they said they would let maintance know and nobody ever showed. Staff very unfriendly. Pool nasty dirty ,had clumps of hair in it and no chlorine at all.

Hotel was really nice. However the beds are hard as rocks. My whole family didnt sleep very good due to how hard the beds were.

The only problem I had with this place was the beds were about as hard as a rock. I ended up having to lay on top of the extra pillows to make it soft enough to fall asleep

This property is located very close to KC major tourist attraction so therefore it sees a lot of daily use. It is starting to show it's wear and tear. Our carpet in our room was damp the entire 3 days that we were there. We had small knats in our room and even a beetle. No it wasn't a cockroach but a beetle. With that being said the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is the standard continental breakfast so nothing to brag about. I don't feel that I would stay at this hotel again just because of the issues mentioned. But again the staff was great.

Location was great for Worlds of Fun. The room smelled musty/ mildewy, and it felt very humid/ moist in the room. The carpets were sticky.

Room was clean bed was great. Food was tasty with many options

Can't go wrong with Hampton Inn. Clean rooms, good breakfast, good location. Parking was free. Overall very satisfied, Thank you

Location is great and facilities are clean but staff is argumentative and rude. Breakfast was horrible and all of their milk was curdled. Took over the time promised to get our second room due to cleaning taking too long. Pool was over chlorinated and salty. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with lots of varieties. The location of the property is also great with plenty of restaurants and gas stations nearby. So overall we enjoyed our stay.

Exceptional

The staff were terrific! They were kind and helpful. We wanted to check in early so that we could park there before a World Cup game. The ladies at the front desk were so sweet and helpful.
