The stay wasn’t horrible, but when asked if we could get an extra blanket they kept telling us they would bring one to our room and never did. We asked 4 different times before we finally just went to bed. It was fairly clean, but hairs everywhere like the place hadn’t been wiped down at all. Trash left on the floor in our room. The room was nice though. The bar looked nice and the pool area wasn’t too bad. The room we were in had windows with the bar outside of them and the curtains didn’t completely keep out all of the light so our room wasn’t dark enough for us to sleep all that well. My expectations of cleanliness and helpful staff was definitely not met. Won’t stay there again.

Smell of marijuana enveloped the hallways & was coming through the vents into our room. Staff appeared to be too consumed with their cell phones at the front desk to assist guests. Would never return.

Staff was very friendly. Bathroom was remodeled nicely and clean. The air conditioner fan was extremely loud.

The location only. Very bad condition for rooms. The hotel room is in worst condition, carpet never cleaned. The pool’s water was dirty and foaming.

The pool area was dirty and the bathrooms in the rooms are worse. Not worth the money.

I was very tired with my family, and around midnight the toilet in our room became clogged. I went to the front desk to ask for assistance, and they told me they would send someone to fix it. Unfortunately, no one ever came. As a result, my family was unable to use the restroom in our room for the entire night, and we had to use the public restroom instead, which was dirty. This was a very disappointing experience.

(DO NOT GO HERE) Absolutely DISGUSTING mold growing in the bathroom, crack heads litterally everywhere outside and inside the building, everything is litterally broken. The elevator, tv, usb charging ports in the room, even the bathroom tubs drain pipe system litterally wobbles nothing is even connected, the water pressure is absurdly low also. We weren't expecting some 5 star place but this is ridiculous also we had to pay $100 deposit and WE NEVER GOT IT BACK! Avoid this place just like all the others are saying and go somewhere else. Not safe for families or single persons. Worst hotel iv ever stayed!

Terrible service; the rooms are awful—they smell bad and aren't cleaned every day!! The breakfast was terrible.

Although it was acceptable to stay at this hotel, there was a minor issue with the window. The sections of the window did not close properly and remained stuck when I arrived. However, the complimentary breakfast was satisfactory.
