Air conditioning was so loud we couldnt sleep. Staff was dry , no welcoming. Room was basically falling apart, parts were falling, walls were cracked in the bathroom.

I had a great stay here! The staff was so welcoming from the moment I checked in, and my room was very clean and comfortable. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly hotel in a safe area, I’d definitely recommend this place. There was a homeless person walking around outside at one point, but the staff handled the situation quickly and professionally, which made me feel a lot safer. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again!

We only stayed one night but were pleased enough with our stay

I should have known that things were not going well before our stay began. I sent a message via Expedia that we wanted adjoining rooms. When I had gotten no response via Expedia I called the hotel itself and requested adjoining rooms. When I called I was not even asked my name or confirmation number or anything. I was just told that we would have adjoining rooms. Then the day before our stay I filled out a check in form and on the form it asked for special requests and once again I mentioned that we wanted adjoining rooms. However, when we checked in, we were not put into adjoining rooms so we had to ask for it to be done. Also, the man checking us in was not very personable and seemed irritated to be having to deal with guests. Things were dirty and smelly and the rooms didn't get cool. The thing that really set this hotel stay apart from some of my better experiences was that my niece accidentally left her toiletry bag in the room. She called the night we checked out and they said to call after 10am the next morning. When she called, When she called, they told her yes they had found it but that they would not ship it to her, even though she said she would pay the shipping costs. They also blocked her number when she tried to call again later so she had to have someone else call on their phone. Hands down worst customer service EVER!

Great stay!

It’s an older building with some minor issues like a leaking roof, our original room was full of dust from a drywall repair and not cleaned properly afterwards. We had to be moved to another room. Otherwise the staff were great. Worlds of Fun is the next exit over.

There was dust and hair all around the bottom of the toilet. The air conditioner was very loud and did not cool very well. It was warm in the room all night. The pool area looked old and dirty.

There was a cockroach in our room

The AC was absolutely terrible!! But I will say, they let us check in super early. They were nice. The pool was beautiful from afar…people would spit in the pool… like nasty floating stuff. And I wish I had an outside view not a view of the front desk.

Bad choice. The place is not clean. Ammonia smell in the hallway and in the room. The place is outdated, almost sketchy. We couldn't stay till the time of checkout, we left at 5:30 am. Simply put: not recommended!

I did not pay it, however the guy told the there was not manager on site (the weekend the city host the World Cup match) and after I left and came back he let me in. The first room he gave me wasn't clean, the second one had the bathroom roof collapsed and the third one was DIRTY, (the bathtub, the sink, the shower curtain ) the hallways where smelly and dirty, obviously he gave us the worst room he had. Breakfast terrible, DO NOT STAY AND THIS HOTEL, DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR.
