Holiday Inn Kansas City - Northeast by IHG

Neat, clean, room near Quik Trip. I booked a King room. I got downgraded to a double Queen bed suite. Between that and the incidental fee, paying a little over $200 for accommodations I didn’t book or pay for was disappointing.

Clean, safe, comfortable, luxurious room!

Room was clean. Closets and bathroom are snug, but still nice. I did have a bit of condensation on the carpet near the air conditioner. Not soaking, but noticeable. For the money, this is a good bargain for traveling to KC. Don’t let the few miles from town bother you. It’s a quick trip to the stadiums or the heart of the city. Great place to stay.

Very clean rooms

Very clean but was billed twice for the same stay and had to get ahold of corporate to fix. Good location for where I was working at at the time. Ice machine broke. Laundry was broke. Down one of two elevators. Breakfast now worth the extra price.

Cleaan, quiet and comfortable. This property is located near fun entertainment and good food! The whole building feels and smells new, the staff is friendly, and helpful!

Nice environment

Overall room and hallways are clean. Breakfast comes with extra cost, it totally worth it. Sink in bathroom was clogged

The chicken was so burnt it looked black against the bun. NOT FIT TO EAT AND HE HID IN THE BACK SO I DIDN'T GET REFUNDED!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT EAT THERE FOR LUNCH OR DINNER. The breakfast at checkout was good and so was the staff member there in charge. She was very accomodating!

Washing machine was out of order the entire time and the ice machine broke 2 or 3 days in. Had housekeeping the first day, and didn’t see them again for close to a week. Convenient location for where I was traveling and the property was clean. Everything else was below expectations.

Everything was clean staff very helpful , was only there 1 night caught a baseball game and then a plane the next day !

Would have loved a self serve breakfast, like waffles, pancakes, etc

Nice clean place to stay but this was the 1st time I stayed in a hotel and the electricity want out in our room

Front desk clerk was less than helpful. There are doors on the backside of the building but there’s no access to get in, so you have to park clear in the back and walk all the way around the front. There wasn’t any shower gel in the bathroom, dirty q-tips left on the floor. Had went down and asked for an extra blanket and a pillow and was told it would be brought up to our room. After waiting over 30 minutes, went back down to see, because the phone in the room didn’t work, and the clerk forgot which room to take them to. He couldn’t find any pillows, so would towels be ok instead 🙄.

Rooms were clean and roomie

Nothing, the staff were ok. First, with Booking I reserved a King-size bed for myself and my husband, apparently they ran out. So we ended up with 2-queen beds that barely fit us both. The breakfast was not that great. The towels looked dingy and the shower curtain was dirty.
