The room smelled musty. We waited 15 minutes for a staff member to show up at the front desk at check-in. We were overcharged for all of our items purchased at the store and they claim they recently changed the prices, but had no notice a staff member walked into our room during the day unannounced without knocking. When I address these things with the general manager calmly, she told me to leave the hotel. terrible experience do not recommend.

Our room was VERY nice, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff were excellent. The interior of the shower definitely needed to be caulked. We were surprised that such an easy fix would not have been accomplished.
-
Not to mention - we booked a king room- the moment we walked in the door it smelled of smoke. They moved us to a double queen, as there wasn't any other king rooms. I also made the mistake of walking down the stairs today- the overwhelming smell of marijuana in the stairwell should be embarrassing for a hotel that claims to be "smoke free" We had family book another room here- so felt like our recommendation ruined their time as well.

The staff were helpful. The only issue we had was the pressure in the shower was too strong. They fixed it the next day.

When we got to our room I noticed what looked like sand in the bath tub. I washed it out and we went about our way. The next morning we got up to get ready for a wedding at 10:30am. There was no hot water!! We didn’t have time to switch rooms or do anything about it at the time as we were on a time crunch to get to the wedding. So we took cold showers. They did switch us to another room that evening. The shower in that room took awhile to heat up, but finally did, thankfully. The pool was also cold. I heard another guest complaining about no hot water in their room either. It seemed to be a known problem. Had the water temperatures not been an issue and the tub in the first room clean, everything else would have been fine. The staff was friendly and helpful.
-
The shower had very little water pressure and temperature was about 2 steps up from cold, barely lukewarm water temperature.
-
Room was very clean. They offered a variety of pillows from soft to firm. I did wish there was water offered along with the morning coffee.
-
The room was ok. There was no hot water. The friendly staff was probably the best part of this establishment. Remove from one room to another room due to the new hot water situation only to find the new rooms water was also not working properly.
-
Everything was great except the hot water which there was none. But everything else was great would stay again
-
There was plenty of drink options that were so good. The room was clean. They restocked towels and blankets while we were gone and the air-conditioning was super cold, which was so nice and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
-
The issues were fire alarms waking a 9 year old and 4 year old up twice around midnight as well as hot water was not working. The pool wasn’t working either which is why I got the hotel to begin with and we traveled 3.5 hours to get there. The hotel was a bust for my family and I.
