The staff here were absolutely amazing. The nicest hotel staff I have ever encountered. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff in general were friendly but incompetent; during our four day stay, our room was never serviced. We had to ask the front desk for clean towels, and even though I personally requested housekeeping service, it was never done. The hotel's cleanliness ranged from mediocre to poor.

Wi Fi was out, TV kept going out requiring re-set from the staff every time. The location was good for our weekend World Cup plans. Facility was very outdated, carpet in the main areas was very worn. The floor in the hallway was uneven, several dents felt while walking down the hallway.

I checked in @6:30 pm got room, unpacked left for dinner and the door didn’t lock. Front desk said maintenance was gone so we could move rooms. Packed up moved rooms. New room not as nice and dirty shorts were in the closet. Air conditioning leaked water allow we the floor. Moved again, nicer room. It was ridiculous that we stayed two nights and were in 3 different rooms. Also asked for a discount for our trouble and said since we booked through Expedia we would have to get our money back through Expedia. However, I paid the hotel directly so I guess I can forget about a discount.

The room has an odor.

I liked the breakfast, but the hotel and rooms were somewhat run down and needed to be updated. The whole place needed to be cleaned.

Clean room

This hotel was just okay. The staff was friendly. The room wasn't super clean, we found old trash. And the pool had wads of hair floating in it which grossed me out, the entire pool area looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a bit.

Rooms where dirty, carpet was super soiled and had old dried bugs around. When you travel with toddlers you hope to find clean rooms, no old trash around corners and under tables. Dust bunnies near lamps and corners...mold on tub, lint on toilet. Dirty mirror and outside room carpet was dirty and elevator was also super dirty. I did find breakfast was good and staff was ok.

Breakfast was great. Rooms little smelly when air was on but good for the 3 nights we were staying. Not overwhelming but knew someone had smoked in the room.

Staff were nice and the room was phenomenal for the price paid. Most definitely will come here again for my next trip into Houston.

Mind you this was the time of world cup, check in took some time, room wasn't very clean, floors really dirty, shower didn't work right, other then that staff nice, breakfast good...

It wasn’t too far from where our event was The bathroom tube was dirty.
