Shower didnt work

Hotel was great, but when we got there they didn't have our reservation. Expedia messed up our reservation, after being on the phone with them for 20 minutes all I got was an apology. Will not be booking through Expedia again.

Dusty. My allergies were inflamed for three days after our stay. The stair well was filthy with food (or pet droppings?) on the carpet. Sad... If it were not in a convenient location, I would never return.

Cannot change the temp in your room and the breakfast was not very tasty. You could tell is was made previously and reheated. Staff was really nice though.

The room was clean, especially the bathroom. The staff was nice and helpful. For the price, it was pretty good. I would stay here again. There really wasn't much I didn't like. The only thing was the exit door didn't really latch all the way. For what I paid for my family to stay for a few days while we moved, I can't complain.

First room still had stains in bed comforter room was still dirty Oreo cookies from last visit tv had to be hooked up to WiFi which did not work just overall dirty and lot of addicts here not kid friendly.

The hotel and room were very clean. The staff was verify friendly and helpful when I needed them. If you are going to Worlds of Fun it is right across the street. I thought I was booking a different location, but over all it worked out, be prepared for a lot of children running around, they were very noisy.

The property is close to Kauffman stadium, fast food and a gas station. The property smelled like Marijuana outside and was right next to a busy road. The breakfast was good but not enough seating. The property overall needs lots of updates. Many patched holes but not painted, carpets are dirty, air conditioner worked but hard to adjust, sticky floors including elevator, elevator was slow with a specific button to make the door shut when it was stuck, noisy when people walking around.
