Good Breakfast, Clean rooms, friendly staff, Pool was in nice shape, Location is excellent for worlds of fun and oceans of fun. Lots of restaurants and gas stations nearby as well. Food could have been a touch better, lobby could be bigger as well.

Staff and food was great. Room was a lil dirty

It was clean, smelled nice. The complementary hair products were SO small. I forgot to pack our shampoo, so i was hoping they had hair products. As someone who has a lot of hair and spent all day spraying sunscreen on my scalp and sweating at WOF i needed two of these tiny shampoos for my head. We had 4 people in our room so we needed more. The carpet in the room also felt…weird, almost damp? But didn’t smell damp? My boyfriend thought it was oily. Shoes were slick on the tile in the bathroom after walking on the carpet. Those are our only 2 complaints.

Air conditioner rattled all night long. Very annoying!! Otherwise it was pretty nice.

We checked in around midnight and were assigned Room 201. The hallway had a very strong food odor, and the room had bubbling paint that appeared to be from water damage. It felt unusually humid despite being cold. The floors were sticky and damp, the transition strip was torn, and the bedding felt moist instead of clean and dry. We requested a different room and were moved to Room 124. It was in better condition, but it still felt humid, the floors had the same odd texture, and the sheets were rough and damp. Shortly after falling asleep, the fire alarm went off for 1–2 minutes, frightening my children. We were told it was either storm-related or someone had pulled the alarm. After finally settling back down, the guests above us stomped loudly for what felt like another hour. Then at 7:00 a.m., the room phone rang even though I had not requested a wake-up call. When I answered, no one was there. We had planned to stay two nights but checked out after the first because we left feeling more exhausted than when we arrived. I rarely leave negative reviews because I understand things happen, but this experience was disappointing from start to finish and has made me hesitant to stay at another Best Western.
