Everything was wet; what looked like blood stains on the pull out sofa, which was also not flat so the kids had to sleep backwards with their feet dangling into the sofa. Generally just yuck.

Upon arrival, I noticed cigarette buts all over in the front. The initial key we were given didn't work so we had to drag our stuff back down to get the issue fixed. The bottom of the bathtub was discolored, making it look dirty. There was a large crack with that part of the ceiling looking like it was going to fall in. Then the most annoying thing, after we were comfy in bed the tv kept going black sporadically so that we had to keep restarting it. Very frustrating for a room your paying money for. Will not be back to this location.

I’ve stayed here many times. It’s a fairly priced place to stay when I’m going to Knuckleheads for live music. Meets my needs for the purpose, which are clean, comfortable and good staff. I never eat hotel breakfast , so I don’t know. I will stay here many more times,I’m sure.

Good breakfast, good pillows Dirty tub. Big hole in back of bathroom door , gap in front door, no paper towels in public restrooms for two days, couldn't get a receipt. No coffee maker in room.

All in all the whole stay was good. Check in was easy and good. The check in gal was friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was hot and good all days. Pool was a good temperature. Check out was good too. That we had to ask for towels each day. Room service never came. We had to take our dirty towels to the front desk in order to get new.

Breakfast was very good! Great selections and well prepared! Room was clean and inviting. My family and I enjoyed the food and drinks that we presented for breakfast. The worker preparing the room and food was very attentive and made sure all the food was well maintained levels of availabilty. We have no complaints! Maybe have the hours changed to add one more hour of it being open. Nothing else to add.

The night clerk was very helpful with our checking in. We discovered that the towel post on the back of the door came off and it looked like this was not the first time it happened. We informed the front desk and she created a work around and we were not charged for damage. The room was clean and neat. The pool in the morning was nice to use after traveling. Breakfast was nothing fancy but good for what it provided.

First of all the toxic cleaning product smell from the second you walk thru the doors hits you like a wave. It was so intense you could taste it and the smell was something akin to cat litter and chemicals. All of our clothes reek of this, and it made me physically ill. The shower curtain had mold all over it and what looked like a blood spot. Luckily we had someone smoking weed nearby so it was coming thru the vents in the bathroom giving us a brief break from the other smell. The bathroom fan made a loud abnoxious clanging sound, and there was some sort of“dust”/mold” coming out of the fan vent covering the ceiling around it. The carpet was suspiciously dark and gross looking; however the bedding appeared nice and clean. That was the positive there. If you are driving by there stay anywhere else, or just sleep in your car.
