Husband’s socks stuck to the carpet in the room. Floor was pretty gross. Location was good for our travel purposes. Most likely will not stay here again.

The staff was friendly. Check in and check out was incredibly quick. The continental breakfast was one of the best I had ever had. The food was actually pretty good and there were a lot of options for breakfast. Nothing comes to mind.

There were bed bugs and cockroaches in multiple rooms since I needed to be moved to avoid them but they were everywhere.

The shower curtain had mold. The bathroom fan made a horrible noise when you turned it on.

It's the Best Western, you get what you get. The price was way too high, but it was the World Cup, and there were no Hotels available anywhere.

Room had lots of damage. Our mirror was broken, tiles broken in bathroom, looked like they had a patch job done from some sort of leak outside the door. Breakfast provided was eh, definitely different options, like a yogurt dispensers. We didn’t swim there. As we came for Oceans & Worlds of Fun which is just across the interstate from the hotel
