Clean room and the staff were authentic and friendly. Breakfast was good, not the same old fare.

The Room is nice and clean, breakfast doesn’t have many options. Only issue is having a neighbor smoking weed and the smell enters my room. Breakfast lady very friendly.

The location was in a homeless neighborhood. The smoking staff was unable to smell the cigarette smoke in our handicap non-smoking room. In addition, the staff disrespected me, when they took a call mid transaction with me and quoted a price for the same room near $100 less. When asked, he flippantly explained tough luck and charged me for the rollaway, instead of putting us in the room advertised. I didn't like the homeless neighbors. Not a secure space. Rust in the tub, non accessible shower stall. Hand rails do not make anything ADA compliant if it's not ADA compliant to begin with. The carpet stunk like fabreeze hiding cigarette smell.

Employees were nice and it was quiet The sheets had little stains on them, and very small pillows, had some small stains. The bed was very hard

First room reeked of chain smoking. Staff was nice, got us a different room. Still a general smoky smell but better than the first. Otherwise stay was fine considering the neighborhood

Our room had a giant board over the only window. We could hear every neighbor in the surrounding rooms. The beds creaked with every single movement made, such as rolling over, getting up out of bed. the air conditioner/fan was VERY loud. I will say the bathroom was very clean.

My sheets were bloody. I told housekeeping and they gave me sheets to change the sheets myself. No one ever came to change the trash, to get the bloody sheets , or to even bring new towels. I was responsible for all of this. Room also smelled of smoke.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

The breakfast had a good variety of items, coffee and juice. The parking lot. Limited parking spots when we returned around 10:45 pm.

After a long day of traveling, being able to just lay down on a comfy king size bed was so great and how hard the water was hitting my back was absolutely amazing. I do wish the lighting of the bathroom was a bit brighter, I forgot my makeup mirror so it was a bit hard to see for me.

Location was good and staff/ owners were hard working Chair in room looked like it had been through some things. Didn't want to see it under a black light.

To be clear: we are not requesting a refund on our entire stay. We are requesting a full refund on Room 106, where the following occurred. My companion and I checked into Room 106 around 9:00 PM after a full day of travel. Our television was not in working order. We were not offered an alternative room. As we later understood, an electrical storm had disrupted cable boxes on multiple TVs throughout the property, the hotel did not know which rooms were affected, and the property was filling up. The hotel was aware of a widespread outage, had no reliable way to place us in a functional room, and yet continued checking guests in without disclosure. Rather than resolving the situation transparently, staff sent two male maintenance workers to our room repeatedly throughout the evening, with visits continuing close to 10:00 PM. I want to be clear: we have no complaint about the conduct of those employees. They were polite and doing their jobs. However, my companion and I are two women in our forties. By that hour, we were in our sleeping clothes and in our beds. Having male staff in and out of Room 106 at that time of night, with no resolution in sight and no alternative offered, was genuinely uncomfortable and not a situation two women should be placed in without their explicit consent. At some point, the appropriate response was to acknowledge the problem could not be fixed that night and leave us in peace. Additionally, and most seriously, marijuana smoke filtered into our room from another guest who was smoking just outside our window, near the corner of Room 106. This was not the hotel's designated smoking area, and we understand that staff was aware this guest was not in the correct location. The situation was not resolved.

Good staff, good selection for breakfast. Good location.

Amazing experience and no discrimination against people with a service animal!!

They only had two handicapped parking spaces and employees of the hotel were parked in them.

Property was clean. Well landscaped. Room was nice.

Staff really cares about the facilities and their guests. They offer a nice selection for a continental breakfast.

I will not be staying here again
