The room was fine except for this horrible whistling noise we heard all night. They’re in the middle of a little bit of construction and they have caused a wind tunnel effect in some rooms. When I spokeg to them at check out. She advised she was aware of that problem and she stated she would be compensating my room for my stay. It has been week since I we stayed and I am still waiting for my refund.

Room was not cleaned after the first night. After the second night, someone barged into our room at 7am. When they saw it was occupied, they left. I got a call, while in a meeting, that we had to change rooms because of maintenance needs. I told them not to bother, I’d simply find a new place to stay. When I asked the desk about someone barging into my room (with a key card) they said is was probably the construction crew. They offered no apologies. Nothing. The staff acted like I was an inconvenience for staying there. The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel.

Hotel was great. We missed the great dining you used to have at the casino.

This was a great room for the price. We attended a concert at the Morton Amphitheater and the casino was a nice way to cap it off.

Comfort, cleanliness and quiet Towels were rough

This was a great place to stay. Gambling was fun. If you don't mind loding money. Lol I really enjoyed my stay. It was quite even being at a casino.

Check in was quick and my husband and I actually arrived around 3:45pm for the 4pm check in... we're usually late, but we were still late for the 6pm event that evening. We booked the Vegas Suite because the Argosy sold out of rooms. It was very beautiful and as we made our way to the room, a maid asked if we needed anything else for our stay. We've never been asked that at any of the numerous hotel stays so we were pleasantly surprised! The entire hotel stay was very quiet and private, we look forward to coming back to the Kansas City, Missouri area yearly now!
