American Inn North Kansas City

This place is a catfish. Bed sheets were stained. The room was hotter than outside. The air conditioner did not work, plus they changed $105 deposit beside the regular payment. Pool was not in service! This was a terrible experience.I can't even breathe in the room it's so hot!

Rooms were super clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

Nothing The room had mouse traps, bugs, mold and a horrible smell. The manager refuses to call me back.

Awesome staff. Always helpful for me and my team. Highly recommend.

They have really turned around. Thier room transportation is spectacular. I was very impressed.

The location close to Knuckleheads! The swimming pool! Can’t think of anything! Maybe have hot water for tea in the lobby because I’m not a coffee drinker.

I reserved a smoking room, single bed but ended up with a non smoking room with double beds. I live with terminal hip and neurological problems and can't walk far without hip pain and/or migraines which is why I needed the smoking room. Should get a discount on my next room otherwise I'll be staying elsewhere next time I visit North Kansas City.

This place is not an inn, hotel or motel, it is a poorly kept extended stay lodge. The hallways smell of stale cigarette smoke and pot. The room I walked into (and immediately left) was filled with the smell of mildew. It doesn’t matter what the listing says, they don’t serve anything for breakfast and haven’t since 2020. I was not given a receipt or any documentation of my check-in and immediate check-out. The staff and the manager refused to refund the money I paid, regardless of the fact that I was on site for less than fifteen minutes.

The room was dirty and I kept having problems with my TV plus the refrigerator didn't work so good and the shower was dirty I had to clean it myself I would like to get some of my money back The same to dirty for me I paid to have a clean place for the night ha I had to clean it myself so why do I have to pay so much if I'm doing what your house keeping doesthat's crazy

Signs say no smoking but the hallways smell harsh of cigarettes. The rooms were decent but did not sleep at all. Paper thin walls and lots of activity and loud sounds/activities. Would not reccomend for families.

The first room I was given was not good. AC was not working. I asked for a different room which was better. But the plugin in the bathroom in that room. was not working. They fixed it right away.
