Felt muggy in lobby, elevator was small. Beds are OK

Perfect for what we needed. Just to relax and visit the hubby who was working in the area for a couple weeks away from home.

Room was very nice. Staff were friendly and breakfast was very good. The pool was heated (almost too warm), which was a nice change. Not a big deal, but the bathroom door was sliding rather than hinged and didn't have a latch/lock for added privacy.

Everything was Perfect, the room , the pool, the food, the staff just an amazing expérience.

The location. The staff we interacted with were great. Good breakfast options. The cost which at the time of booking was higher due to the World Cup inflation/ price gouging. Now those same rooms are at least $60 less a night.

The breakfast was amazing! Donna was so friendly and helpful as she offered anything we needed. The variety of breakfast items was impressive! We even had omelettes available! My mother said the biscuits and gravy were delicious. The elevator quit working. Since we were on the 3rd floor and my 90 year old Mother uses a walker, they moved us to the first floor, and even had a handicapped room available! That was even better than the room on the 3rd floor! I think they said the elevator overheated.

The property was well maintained with clean rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The air conditioner was already on so the room was comfortable when we arrived. The receptionist was welcoming and had my paperwork ready to complete when I arrived. The room was a great size, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast area was clean and had numerous options. I especially enjoyed the freshly ground coffee.

To overprice for that hotel specially in Kansas. The hotel was normal, staff was great, smells like cigarette but location is not the best. I will not stay there again

Very friendly staff. Room was clean and spacious. Early check in was allowed.

Staff was excellent and very polite, rooms were clean and smelled good and so did the hallways, ac worked excellent, shower is great, beds are very comfy, we didn't eat breakfast, only my husband did and he said it was an excellent hot breakfast. Would stay again and I do recommend this hotel.
