The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the tv was a nice size. Many hotels still have small tvs, but this was at least 50".

The bed was comfortable. The shower was moldy. The floors were super sticky. I washed my hair in the sink vs using the shower.

Fantastic hotel. Staff was friendly, informed, and helpful. Room was super-clean, quiet, and comfortable. The workout room is TOP NOTCH-the exercise machines are high-quality Matrix. Parking lot is spacious and well-lit. Restaurants are within easy walking distance. I will be staying here again. I could not give a higher recommendation for a place to stay in KCMO!

Location, friendly front desk staff No internet half the stay and zero housekeeping in the room.

The room was clean and ready at check in. We were cheerfully greeted by each the staff at the front desk when coming and going. Never had any issues with finding a parking space and the parking lot is well lit. Air conditioning was perfect in our room as well as throughout the facility.

The heat advisory for the area had been over 100!° we checked in at around 3pm. The room temperature did not get below 75° until around midnight. The floor tiles had gaps between tiles in the bathroomarea..Staff was awesome.

It wasn't all bad, we had some staff members who actually were really kind and helped us when we needed. I have two autistic children and a baby with health issues and they made us feel comfortable and welcomed The GM and another staff member I think it was either Rachel or Rebecca was her name was highly disrespectful, no communication between anyone there, two of our rooms had blood on the sheets and we had to be moved to different rooms. I came to extend our rooms and Rachel/Rebecca said one thing but didn't tell her GM that and rushed my family out of the hotel, mind you at the time it was just my fiance with our three kids. When my son got lost they ignored me asking for help until other staff members came forward and helped me. Police were also contacted because of it

Hotel was great! We'll definitely stay here again!

Staff was very kinda and helpful. The room could have been a bit cleaner but it was nothing crazy. We enjoyed our stay and the location is convenient.
