Aloft by Marriott North Kansas City

The lobby was very clean and so was the room. A light was left on, so upon entry the room was not dark. Parking lot was overall clean, but did have a few little rocks that could get in a tire. The staff were very friendly.

Staff was friendly and the hotel was trendy and fun by design Our room was 80° and the AC in bedroom took hours to cool down. We went to bed sweating and uncomfortable. The room finally cooled down around 2am

The front desk staff was incredible. Our bed was comfortable. The decor is actually really nice and has some nice touches. Our mirror lights were out. There is only a light blocking shade and no curtain, so you’re either in a dungeon or everyone can see you. There was only decaf coffee in the room - 4 packs of decaf coffee. It felt like we paid for more than we really got considering basic amenities weren’t functioning. Out of the way unless you’re going to a soccer game.

Lots of space in the room. Although my bin was emptied once, the room was otherwise not cleaned during my 4 night stay. Staff were also not often on the desk

Was kind of a unique bedroom with two queen beds, but the shower had just clear glass so if you’re staying with anybody other than a family member, it would be pretty awkward

Nice new clean hotel. Not too much is walkable near the hotel.

Everything was fine until I went to leave the next morning. When I tried to take my shower, there was no water pressure in the shower, and no hot water. So no shower to start my day. I informed them on checkout, and there was another gentleman who also had the same issue. We were given points, which is great, but really doesn't do much to make up for having to go to work away from home without being able to take a shower and clean up for the day.

Stayed here for our a quick anniversary trip to KC and it was great! Staff was so nice and even gave us an anniversary present! The bartender lady was also amazing! Made our experience 10/10! Would def stay here again :)

Quiet even though it was on the railroad, could use some better upkeep do to wear and tear staff was great

Location It was very noisy. Couldn’t sleep at all. Walls were thin. Seating was very dirty

Good location and decent price The young lady that checked me in was not very friendly or warm. The room was not very clean and smelled like it needed to be cleaned. Water pressure in the shower was awful and the shower door wouldn’t close all the way. Same with the bathroom door, it was super hard to slide it and it wouldn’t close all the way.

Cute and spacious rooms. Pool table and heated indoor pool. Beds and pillows are perfectly cozy. Close to most things around town. We have stayed multiple times as it's near home but away enough when we need a weekend away from the kids without going too far. Nothing

Staff was great both checking in and out.
