as no one was able to speak at booking Com only AI :( . Others there had the same problem as well as two ppl i spoke to stating at other Hotels. Room musty smelling and very humid. Need air conditioning fixed. Price gouging due to fifa was not cool either

The front desk lady was rude!

But the other room had no chairs to sit on! And the television in that room buffered the whole time. If you switch channels you had to wait a god-awful time for it to stop buffering. After complaining to management, they brought up a chair from storage that appeared to be in bad shape. Lastly, which was actually my biggest issue with management was the next morning when getting coffee from the lobby area. There were no coffee stirrers. Guest had to use the ink pins on the counter at the front desk to stir their coffee! How hard is it to send a worker to the nearest grocery store to get stirrers. How hard is that? I don't get it.

Room didnt have a remote for our tv. Night auditor tried their best but couldnt get one that worked. Everything was good besides that

Our first room the tub was rusted out. The second one the ceiling was falling in, And the front desk agent dismissed me like I wasn't speaking to her.

Nothing Outside doors could just be pulled open without a key, I didn’t even end up staying bc the power went out & they won’t refund my stay :)

The hotel stunk or marijuana and cigarettes, The bathroom of my room ha actual black mold on the ceiling tiles, the bathroom towels smelt of mold and mildew. The walk down the hallway was very sketchy. The keys to my room randomly quit working and I had to go get new cards. I could add more but you get the point. Would never stay at this hotel. Spend the extra money and go to an actual nice hotel and enjoy your stay! 0/10. Would never recommend

Refrigerator and microwave were good. Parking was well lit, which we appreciated. Seemed under staffed, but staff was pleasant and helpful when asked for something. Convenient location to highway and downtown by car. Hotels.com was great to book through and has great customer support. We had to check out one day early due to an unrelated personal matter. (We initially used Agoda and our American Inn reservation at a really good rate fell through because their system couldn’t charge one of several valid cards, including the one used with Hotels.com. So we booked this one last minute at a pretty good rate.)

Convince Room was dirty

Property was not well maintained. Almost everything. The hotel next door was abandoned and boarded up… pretty sure this one will follow soon. Tv didn’t work because the internet was spotty and you had to use a streaming service.

It was close to the highway Was in a bad neighborhood

A lot of people under the influence- was asked for a charger by someone higher than a kite right when I parked

Room was clean enough, not entirely well maintained but did the job and felt sanitary enough to not be grossed out by anything.

The first floor is scary. But in a fun way.
