Poor

Room smelled musty and probably had mold. Probably would requested to move rooms but we were out late and literally only slept for like 6 hrs .

The good: *I never saw roaches or bedbugs. *It's non-smoking *The shower works well. *The beds sleep well. The bad: *The front desk staff. Very hard to deal with. *They charge a $100 deposit and I've had to fight to get it refunded on my credit card. HINT: Pay CASH for the deposit. *The rooms feel damp. *Several rooms have that wet, damp basement odor. *At dark, the parking lot goes pitch black! The lighting does not come on until sometime in the middle of the night. Bring a flashlight to get from your car to the building. Construction workers occupy the majority of the hotel so I felt it was safe enough if they trusted their equipment was not going to get stolen.

The woman who was at the front desk was vey considerate and did all you could do to help accommodate me but most of what was unsatisfactory was out of her control. The facilities were out of date and needed to be remodeled. The tv remotes do not all work and I had to switch rooms due to several remotes not working for the tv in my room. I personally had to go to the CVS to buy Lysol spray and wipes. I honestly did not feel comfortable staying there so I left and booked with the Holiday Inn down the street from the property.

Door lock was broken, never got addressed. Toilet seat was smaller than the style of toilet so was very awkward. Not what I expected at a hotel.

My son booked and paid for a room. When he arrived, they wouldn't let him stay because he is 18. The staff said he would be refunded the money. He was not, and they are refusing to do so because it was a "nonrefundable" price. So, they can take our money, but refuse to provide the accommodation we paid for. What a scam.

This was worse hotel room I was in . I was in tub that had rust and dust on a light and a switch that didn’t work for another light . The tv stayed on dvd mode it was ducked taped to get batteries in. The staff was great but it was horrible I feel sick think about the tub and the dust the bed was clean though I left in mid morning to take a shower in a another town because I couldn’t get a refund .

Room was very clean. The only thing I didn't like was you have to put down a $100 deposit.

they claimed that i did not have a reservation for the day i did even though i got confirmation of the change and tried to charge me extra horrific customer service, no hospitality, running a scam

TV didn't work at all. No available breakfast.
