No place to park for loading and unloading. No breakfast. Homeless vagrants around, on and inside the property. Back door latch broken allowing unrestricted access. Horrible a/c set to 62°F on checkin and when switched to heat, vented exhaust set off the smoke alarm. We did get a heavy blanket which helped us stay somewhat warmer. The shower was one thing that worked quite well. We’ve spent our last night in this horrible hotel.

There was no breakfast and I was accused, dehumanized, insulted and humiliated by Ms Ruthem, an indian woman who claimed to be the supervisor/Manager. She accused me of not paying for the rooms when I did and even threatened to eject me from the premise after staying for 2 days. She accused me of theft, was extremely disrespectful and racist towards me and my friend in that property. It was the worst experience of my life. She refused to call the booking.com customercare to confirm my payment and even embarass me and my friend. We stood for more than 2 hrours after the conference waiting for the booking customer care to call in and told her that we actually paid for the room. It was the most horrible experience and I have not seen such for more than 5 years of using booking.com and I demand that the management of econo lodge should as matter of urgency terminate her contract with immediate effect or lose their customers. Thats very horrible, character assassination and dehumanization. Thank you They should fire that indian woman called Ms Ruth or Ruthem at that property with immediate effect and improve their communication with booking.com or risk their valuable customers. Thank you

Simple and clean, the room was exactly what you’d expect. It wasn’t the most updated space, but it was practical and the bed was comfortable. An interesting detail was that the pillows were different materials and firmnesses so you had options. The shower had good pressure. Our room was not very accessible. No grab bars in the tub-shower combo, but I also didn’t request those features. We were only there one night and it was pleasant

I loved having access to restaurants, a full service laundry mat across the street and the access to the downtown area and sites is easy to access. I was impressed and enjoyed the amenities in the room and it was very nice
