My stay was okay. It was a little overpriced, and you could hear other people from the other room talking.

Everything about the property was great. The only minor complaint I have is that during breakfast they didn’t replenish things in a timely manner and people were waiting around for silverware, bowls/plates, different food items. Otherwise, great rooms, very roomy for a family of 5, clean.

Staff was amazing, beds were beyond comfortable.

Clean, staffs are nice. I love there’s kitchen in the room.

The staff was very nice and the room accommodating. The breakfast selection was also very good. The location to Kansas City was also convenient. There was no management on the premises to resolve a dispute of charges. Hotel billed Booking.com for a higher amount, payment was therefore declined, and my credit card was charged the room in full again.

Loved the Breakfast they actually had a chef and cooked amazing breakfast tacos and REAL eggs!! They had a yogurt bar and much more! Happy hour Wes great cheese and bread Oliver’s tapenade etc!! Free beer and wine….the front desk was one of thdd ex friendliest we have ever had!

Hotel was amazing and the staff was the BEST! 💙

Ice machines are needed at least on one floor.

Booked a room there through Expedia but when we got there, it was overbooked. We got sent away and had to book something else. We got a refund through Expedia but the process was very frustrating.

Loved the spacious room and made to order breakfast!

Overall was a very good stay with our toddlers. Had a problem where our room that we booked that evening was already taken due to lapse in online booking. There were big events happening and we were lucky they got us a different room and we made it work. They also credited us and treated us well. Breakfast staff went above expectations to prepare allergy-friendly food. We would certainly chose to stay here again!

We absolutely loved the hot breakfast. That was a very welcome addition as we love protein for breakfast! All the facilities were wonderful, the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The happy hour was also a pleasant surprise, although we didn't get to take advantage of it. We did, however, enjoy the rose wine selection available for purchase in the concessions area. We couldn't have asked for a better stay! I think there may have been a couple snags with the wifi.

Overall clean

Very clean facility with comfortable beds. The staff were very professional and friendly. The breakfast was way beyond our expectations.

Property is clean and well lit Even though the finishes “look” nice, the construction is utter trash. You can hear the room next door having a conversation. Not yelling, just talking. Every door closing rattles the room. Every footstep from the room above is like elephants trampling.
