Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort

The rest in my opinion falls short of the 4 star, $500+ per night (with all the taxes and fees) hotel. I would give it 3.75 stars but there is no such option. Some areas are dated. You can tell the hotel tries to maintain them by painting stuff over but it shows. For me the worst were supply and return grills for the A/C unit. Very dirty. We actually had been turning the A/C off as much as we could so we would not breathe in the dust!! Thankfully the wonderful ocean breeze helped :) Breakfast buffet is decent but it falls short of the Marriott's standards. Some more daily variety would be nice.

Great location for spending time between the north and south ends of the island.

The property is really nice and it’s centrally located. The pictures on the website look exactly as they do in real life. The views are spectacular, the pool overlooks the ocean. There are multiple dining options, and the food is really good. You also have access to free beach chairs and umbrellas that you can take on excursions. Highly recommend this place.

The property was well maintained and comfortable. The check-in was easy and we appreciated that the pool was open until 10pm. We ate at the poolside restaurant the next day and loved the poke nachos. One thing I caught after checkout was that we were supposed to have a "welcome drink" and lei provided to us included in our resort fee and we were only given the leis. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

Excellent location, service and breakfast. Front dest concierge Kareb Barns was especially helpful and extremely nice. She helped us with serf lesson, dinner reservation and the best hiking recommendations

Room was unclean, aged. The cost did not feel worth the experience. The shave ice was a nice touch, but did not make up for the general musty and unclean room, especially the bathroom.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. We never waited for anything. Great food. Beautiful pool at a perfect temp with nice smooth lining. Immaculately clean.

Amazing place to stay. Amenities are great and the pool is awesome. My only complaint is the a/c in the room was not great, but really not a big deal!

Our stay was very nice! All of the staff were VERY helpful and just AMAZING!! This was one of the biggest things we took away from our trip! Customer service is so important. The only negative thing is the hotel does need a little more of an upgrade. Obviously an older hotel resort. The food was mostly overpriced so we found ourselves eating outside of the resort most days. Overall we enjoyed ourselves, it was a comfortable stay but realized that the price didn’t meet all of our expectations.

Hotel was gorgeous and most of the staff was amazing. There was one manager we had many problems with. We payed a good amount of money to do s’mores on the beach that they advertise. We booked it months in advance, and were told we had to switch night when we got there. Which is fine, but the night they made me switch it to they were unable to do it again. This happened multiple nights and every time we asked about it the manager was so rude. In the end she ended up telling us we couldn’t do it because she didn’t have it set up was very disappointed in her.

you have to pay for parking and there are not egnuf parking spaces and our room was so loud outsite 24/7 that we could not open the window or use the Balcony

Beautiful resort.

Everything was petfect! Great rooms, grest staff, pool area was clean and well maintained, easy access to local shops and food! Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay!
