Waipouli Beach Resorts & Spa Kauai by OUTRIGGER

Very nice, quiest & comfortable stay. Grocery store across the street and several restaurants are walking distance which was great. Site staff in the front office was very friendly and very helpfull, always willing to help. They do not clean the rooms while you are there and you will need to provied your own soap to wash clothes.

Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice kitchen, but missing some essentials. Had trouble picking up pool towels, as they were available only during a limited period during the day, even though the pool was open

We had a condo with partial ocean view. Room was exactly what we needed - spacious and clean. Location is great. Kids had fun in the pool. Close to shops and the airport.

The access code was only provided after I landed at the airport. It could have been less stressful if they had send me the code via booking.com the day of check in instead of having my call a phone number upon arrival. It was late when we landed and I was afraid or not being able to get access to the unit. The unit was not as stocked as some of the other units available on other sites. For example, beach gear is limited (umbrella and snorkeling gear would have been nice to have). Pantry is not stocked. No spices available if you wanted to cook.

This property is centrally located with easy access to either the north and south shores of Kauai. The condo had all of the amenities needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. There is convenient shopping right across the street for groceries and other things one might need. The staff was always very helpful. Our family really enjoyed themselves at the Waipouli Resort and Spa by Outrigger.

Fabulous condo for our family vacation! With 5 people, we had plenty of space between the two bedrooms, pull-out sofa and three bathrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We did end up buying our own shampoo, conditioner and body wash instead of using the small ones provided. All paper products, dish soap and some coffee also provided. If you run out, they will provide more which was nice. The garden view was beautiful. Yes, you could see the parking lot down below, but the direct view from the lanai were palm tree tops and mountain ridges. The pool was wonderful and the ocean was majestic. There are quite a lot of rocks along the shoreline, but we found that common at most beaches in Kauai. Would definitely return again and highly recommend to others!

The pool area with the lazy river and two slides for kids was so fun. Having 2 hot tubs for adults and ine for kids was a nice feature. The beach area is great for beautiful sunrise pictures. The location is central to every part of the island; about 45 minutes from North Shore and an hour and 15 minutes from the Waimea Canyon lookout. It's only 30 minutes from Poipu beach and 15 minutes from Lihue where you can get groceries from Costco and Walmart. The Safeway across the street is very nice. The rooms are very clean and it's so convenient having a washer and dryer in the room and a complete kitchen. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo with a garden view and the view was beautiful. We hope to stay here again.

Clean rooms, great staff & amazing views

Beautiful spot!

This is a wonderful, tropical resort for families. It’s incredibly clean, comfortable, the pool is beautiful and so fun for kids, & the beach is beautiful. We even saw Hawaiian Seals right on the beach. The restaurant on site looked a bit rundown, but we didn’t plan to eat there anyways. I would stay there again anytime!

The pool was nice especially for kids. The drinks and snacks was not useful for us. We had a hotel type room and the left much to be desired. 2 spoons, 2 cups, 2 glasses. The TP was so rough I had to go buy some softer. No housekeeping for 10 days. When we had to dump our own garbage we had to go to a separate building and different floor. Even just cleaning trash out of car or at the pool was a major hassle. Won’t return.

Comfortable, spacious, well stocked condos.

Our condo was very nice , but because of work being done the elevators were not working. This meant any time we wanted to use the pool or go to the beach we had to walk up and down flights of stairs It was a trek! The property was well maintained.

We had such an amazing stay in building B at Waipouli Resort with our family of 4. The property was perfect for us. We had such a nice stay, great apartment with full kitchen and amenities. The pool, hot tubs, BBQ grills and beach access was perfect. Also it was conveniently located in Kapaa, which is a nice medium between Princeville and Popiu. We'll definitely be back!

Our family of five stayed in a two bedroom, three bathroom condo. It worked perfectly. The pool area is stunning, great views of the beach, very clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach is right there to enjoy.
