We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location was perfect — close to the airport, right by the ocean, and very convenient for exploring both sides of Kauai. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. We were completely happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel! Honestly, we didn’t have any issues during our stay. Everything was great!

Easy access, clean, great views

Now bear in mind we arrived here after 2 weeks in Japan were a hotel room in a shoe box with a bed .We opened the door into our room and it felt like a Wow !! are we this rich? It was massive and we are late 50s ok let's say 60 and have traveled quite a bit but never in my long legged life have we stayed in a room with views like this .I could live here ! Extremely spacious ,loads of TV channels ,nice bathroom , pool, lawns, grab and go breakfast. We slept with our balcony door opened every night AC off a fell asleep to the sound of the ocean. Went for walks along the beach directly off the property .Free bikes were a bonus as there's a really nice bike path along the beach . This hotel is pretty old ,rooms are really nice but the building is showing signs of wear ,a bit like myself . Thats it ! No other complaints from me, What about you honey ? ?

The room is clean and view it’s beautiful, but the breakfast and kitchen isn’t good. The staff is nice.

Location Breast/ Front desk staff

Roberta and Mariah were both amazing at the front desk. I had an issue with Expedia because I booked and paid for a Premium Oceanfront Room but upon check in I learned that this was not the room reserved for us. We were supposed to be in 318 which was going to be more basic and after arguing with Expedia for over an hour we ended up in 324 which was essentially the same. All of the ISO rooms looked exactly the same, with the exception of the large suite they use as the cover photo. The views are incredible and every room has a balcony or outdoor space. If I were going again, I wouldn’t bother paying for the premium room as all of them were the same with very similar beautiful views. The room was pretty simple but well maintained. The location of the hotel was perfect, felt like it was a good middle ground for everywhere we wanted to visit. Only bummer is the steakhouse was closed due to issues with the building. Roberta at the front desk made our stay incredible. She was so helpful and kind. She gave us tips and recommendations and even let us borrow beach supplies such as chairs, snorkel gear etc. She could not have been more welcoming. I would absolutely recommend the ISO and would come back myself as well.

Breakfast.despite being only packed things was good enough and so is a positive aspect. Very bad insonorization to other bedrooms. Not only is possible to hear footsteps and conversations but when someone flushed toilet on another bedroom it was a lot of noise! Also for the price bedroom cleaning should happen on a daily basis and not only by request. There is no toilet on the pool

Location is fabulous! View amazing. Nice pool and staff were lovely. The included breakfast was all packaged goods, no toaster and no prepared coffee. You could make a cup of coffee in your room.

The rooms and outside carpeted walkways could use some maintenance to bring this hotel up to date. The building was a little run down overall. The location was great to get to north and south locations. Having bikes available was a nice bonus to go into town on the well maintained bike path.

From the moment I arrived the ISO looked nothing like what i booked at all. There was no table to set my things or wifi in my room and even at that the cable didn’t work. My bathroom had cockroaches so it turned me off immediately. I don’t recommend anyone book here unless it’s the last option.

The staff, Roberta and Riana were wonderful. The property is very old and had musty smell. The air conditioning needs to be replaced. Actually, the whole place needs to be revamped.

NIce and quiet. We paid for a corner ocean view. The new owners would not honor that agreement. They neer offered us a chance to upgrade to their new category.

Right off beach, clean, good breakfast

Complimentary yoga in the morning on the lawn with the ocean view and free bikes for the whole day were an incredible bonus. The scenery along the beach on the bicycle route starting right from the hotel is breathtaking. Free water refill stations and complimentary reusable waterbottles. I even saved the bottle and brought it home. It's so peaceful and quiet there. No smoking or drinking is aloud in the common areas. I'd definitely come back!

Great location

Room, seeing the ocean, priceless. Draw back is room does not have a table and chair, so I could do work on. Bed is really comfortable and AC and Ceiling fan is what put me to sleep right away. Great getaway hotel.

Rooms were not as advertised. Support beams in the room were literally in the way. In front of the closet and sliding doors to balcony. Checked out the next day and went somewhere else.
