Great overall experience

I've been staying at location the last several years and the quality
-
Location is good Breakfast options were not there . The facility was under renovation.
-
Not having housekeeping able to stock daily amenities was a pain especially since our stay was longer than usual . We had to go downstairs each time we wanted new towels / sheets / toilet paper.

Room size, staff, and location to the Surgery Center
-
On the website it said breakfast included and they didn’t have that and it’s also wild that it didn’t have a microwave in the room the room was nasty clearly not cleaned before
-
It was nice, convenient and pleasant place to stay.

Everything nothing i. particular

This hotel is in rough shape. From out of order elevator to torn carpet and patched paint in the room. This property just feels run down. Hotel bar is expensive but well stocked. Convenience store is ok but breakfast is lacking so down count on a meal here. During a multi hour power outage there was zero efforts to make the time better with 20 of us sitting in the lobby unable to check in or open any doors. We ended up going to the mall next door where power was on to get dinner and work. No backup generator in an area known for lightning??? Hotel also appears to be staffed by maybe 3 people max including front desk, housekeeping etc.

The A/C in our room wouldn't go below 70; we had to set it for 66 in order to get it to blow enough for 70. 68 kept it at 72. But keep in mind this is Texas where summer starts early, so the sun was pounding through the shade drawn. The water doesn't get above lukewarm, which I figure is another conservation method, but I feel like there should be a sign to give a heads up. I'd even pay a surcharge for hotter water than what we got. The bed was noisy, which might matter to couples looking to stay here. The bar, WXYZ, wasn't open most of the time. Only 6-8, and I didn't know about Re:Fuel until a day in when I saw it online. But I didn't see it in the hotel, and the front desk never mentioned it. Also, at one point we tried to call down for towels but the phone in our room didn't work. They have the shower products in containers on the wall, which is great, except they refill those bottles instead of replacing them- so I ended up conditioning my hair with body wash and the body wash container was empty. My husband was able to get conditioner from the front desk, but if it's not easy for maid service to refill the containers correctly, a different method might be better. Also, bring your own pillow unless you like having to stack flat pillows. After thinking about all of this, I'd probably rate our stay at a 1 or 2, but my hotel mates made it an enjoyable stay so my initial rating was optimistic and made with rose-colored glasses. Other Alofts might be better.

I booked **two rooms at approximately 5:00 PM** the same day and arrived later that evening expecting a standard and professional check-in process. I have stayed at this property before, which makes this experience even more concerning. Upon entering the hotel, the front desk representative immediately stated, in a dismissive and unprofessional manner, that the hotel was sold out. When I explained that I had booked two rooms several hours earlier, she repeatedly stated that Marriott had overbooked the property. As a guest with a confirmed reservation, that explanation was unacceptable without proper clarification, accountability, or any attempt to assist. After I provided my last name, her explanation changed completely. She then stated that we would have to wait because the rooms still needed to be cleaned. This sudden change in explanation created serious concern regarding the accuracy, transparency, and handling of our reservation. When I questioned the situation further, especially since we had booked **two rooms**, her tone became increasingly rude and dismissive. When my friend asked how long the wait would be, she responded loudly and stated that she did not know. There was no apology, no professionalism, no estimated timeline, and no meaningful attempt to resolve the issue. At that point, we felt extremel

Rooms were not very clean. Mainly the bathroom. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous.

No towers upon request, Expedia lied about the breakfast don’t purchase it hotel doesn’t even have breakfast. Small rooms

Fast check in, clean room

Staff was so kind and cheerful. Lobby was pleasant and clean and well decorated. The value was good! Room need some touchups as far as paint and aesthetic. It was a modern design which made it feel austere. But overall I’d return.

The dogs were welcomed and treats offered upon check-in! We took the grandchildren swimming and when I asked for some water - the bartender brought a hugh pitcher of ice water out to the pool - no charge! If you stay here please order the charcuterie tray/board- excellent late night snack - well worth the dime! We will be visiting this property again
