My daughter booked the hotel and got a pay on property, but apparently the hotel had already ran her card and than when I got to the hotel they would not allow us to pay with my credit card.

Residence Inn is an excellent hotel. It is clean and the staff is friendly. Free parking and a great location for any Katy Mills area event. Breakfast was also good.

Overall, my stay was pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, although it felt a little outdated. I didn’t have the opportunity to try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. The staff was friendly, and the location was convenient with shops and restaurants nearby.

The staff was on top of cleaning the rooms. All the appliances worked and the water pressure was great. Overall the stay and area is awsome with plenty of good restaurants close.
