The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, making the entire experience seamless. The location is another major advantage, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and major highways, making it convenient whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. If you’re planning a trip to the Katy area, this hotel is an excellent choice. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.

All excellent; minor issue, the AC in the room was very noisy

The food and staff are good. The room was not an accessible room yet had a fold down seat and bars in the shower. The seat leaked rust, the body wash fell off the shower wall and the towels were old. The HVAC was noisy but the bed was comfortable.

The location and staff We were bitten by something I'm unsure of. The room wasn't the cleanest. I had to buy cleaning supplies to clean it myself. I asked the manager to contact the housekeeping manager, but it was still dirty.

The Hotel needs to Renewal the towels they become too old 🙏

Welcomed in by friendly staff. No issues. Room was spotless. The grounds are very well kept. Breakfast was good. Easy access to everything.

The rooms were very clean. The hallways however had a smell to it, like the carpet needs to be cleaned. Maybe invest in industrial air fresheners in both halls and rooms. There was a molded orange in the bowl of oranges for breakfast. I alerted the waitstaff. Overall wasn’t bad. Across the parking lot from a mall.

We had a great weekend getaway. The room was clean, the kitchen area was spotless. The mall was right across the street. Dining options were close by too. Highly recommend.

Horrrible Everything

Front desk lady, Jaway was very accommodating and helpful. I love our room. We will chose this place for stay next time we visit Katy.

Everything was great no complaints.

The room AC was very noisy, refrigerated rattled loudly, there was a spot in the floor that was soft, thought it might break. The towels were like coarse grit sandpaper. The AC units for the building were outside my room plus the exterior doors were below my room and slammed loudly as they closed. I did not get any sleep and then had to drive 3 hours home while exhausted. They also charged me a daily rate to park my vehicle in the hotel parking lot.
