The suite was clean, bed comfortable. Bathroom good linens all soaps and lotions and water was hot. Seating area was spacious & there was a door that could be closed for separation.

Hi everyone first off let me say please explore your options in this area for a hotel im from louisiana and the holiday inn there offer free complementary breakfast this one doesn't plus there's and additional $100 fee you have ro pay upfront upon arrival, there were only 2 luggage carts in the entire hotel available and none of the ice machine worked

Bedroom had not been fully cleaned. My son removed trash that was sticking out under the nightstand including a broken Apple Watch cover and a wrapper. He did not clean up the fruit loops that were left under there.

No free continental breakfast. Restaurant available for breakfast and dinner for a fee. Definitely stay here again in the future.

I received a ticket on my car for parking in handicap and I had my handicap plaque on the dashboard because the heat had melted the plaque and I couldn't hang it. The hotel called the police. I stay at this hotel every time I have to work in Katy and I always park in handicap. Didn't realize the police could give a ticket on private property.

Carpets in hallways had not been vacuumed in days, had to walk over debris. Ugly, old, filthy stuff to walk on. Archaic technology throughout - televisions, remotes (also FILTHY), telephones from Alexander Graham Bell, non-functioning, charging for mobile items did not work. This property and its management is is a MESS. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The room was clean, Bar was closed when we got there at 10:30. The forth floor smelled like wet rug and there were a lot of drop ceiling tiles missing. The air conditioner was loud and made a strange noise every time it turned on. I only stayed one night so it was bearable.
