Inside appears and smells outdated. The hallways were soooo hot. The hot water in our room was nonexistent the entire stay! The room smelled like mold and was not the cleanest! The staff were very friendly! Check in was easy! Just wished the rooms were more updated and clean!

The entire hotel, including the room, was spotless. And the hotel was very well maintained, so much so that I thought it was newly renovated. The full breakfast was great. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well with no water backup (I hate that)! Great location close to many restaurant options. Quiet and walkable. The only negative thing was the air conditioning was broken in the hallways. It was hot and extremely humid in the hallways.

That my booking didn’t make through the booking.com system to the hotel. I had to rebook a night at the from desk.

However, when we returned later, we discovered that the second elevator was also not working—leaving the hotel with no functioning elevators at all. This created a difficult situation for my children and me, as we were tired and had to carry our luggage up to the fourth floor. This experience was frustrating and could have been handled better with clear communication and a contingency plan for guests. While we appreciated other aspects of the stay, this issue significantly impacted our overall experience.

We were in the area for a family wedding & in spite of the rain, it was a great weekend! The room was clean, breakfast was better than basic, staff was friendly and welcoming and even checked in to see if we needed anything. Definitely recommend!

We didn’t have an opportunity for breakfast but when I got coffee all looked great. I am not a fan of digital keys…they never work for me but once….

I had the "Privacy Please" sign on the door, yet someone I assume in housekeeping woke me up by knocking on the door in the morning. When I answered the door, I discovered she could not speak or understand English. Why was she waking me up if she couldn't have a conversation with me? I still don't know what she wanted.

The pool was well maintained and balanced, which is a huge plus! The pull out bed is extra wide and fits 3 littles very nicely! We paid for late checkout and our cards stopped working before regular checkout time and the TV in our room stopped working even though we PAID the fee for late checkout.
