Room was clean. I heard the elevators were not working at the time I checked-in, but I was on the ground floor so I do not know how long the issue persisted. Easy parking. Lots of great dining options very nearby.

The shower was nasty. There was a dirty stain on the shower floor. It looks like it needed to be bleached cleaned. I had to ask for more towels.

The rooms were very clean and had all the essentials. The building itself was very clean and tidy and comforting. So happy with our stay! Definitely the feel of home away from home.

Staff was extremely helpful. My flight changed and I arrived extremely early. They helped me get another room so I can decompress and get ready for my event.

The staff were friendly. The room was clean. Our kids went to the indoor pool and enjoyed themselves. The breakfast was good with many options.

I booked a one bedroom with double beds and got a one bedroom with a king size bed with no way to get another room because they were sold out for the holiday weekend. I had my elderly mother with me to visit her terminally ill sister. I am disabled and had to sleep on a stained sofa! This is NOT the Homewood of ten+ years ago! So disappointed!!

Inside appears and smells outdated. The hallways were soooo hot. The hot water in our room was nonexistent the entire stay! The room smelled like mold and was not the cleanest! The staff were very friendly! Check in was easy! Just wished the rooms were more updated and clean!

The entire hotel, including the room, was spotless. And the hotel was very well maintained, so much so that I thought it was newly renovated. The full breakfast was great. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well with no water backup (I hate that)! Great location close to many restaurant options. Quiet and walkable. The only negative thing was the air conditioning was broken in the hallways. It was hot and extremely humid in the hallways.

Breakfast should be until 10AM on Memorial Day. Wasn’t asked for daily housekeeping.

Breakfast was good and parking was easy. The room could be better. The towel rack in the bathroom room was loose and needed to be repaired. Also we ran out of toilet paper and needed to go to the front desk to get additional paper. Also a piece of moulding near the door was loose and easily detached.
