Left after the first night. And didn’t get reimbursed for the rest of the stay

The location is excellent for the reunion that we attended, 5 mins was all it took to get there. The pool was pretty dirty. Floating leaves. We left the room left the placard for our room to be cleaned and. Returned to an a dirty room. That was a deal breaker for us.

Very good location as well. Just across the street from a really nice little Italian restaurant!! Best lobster bisque ever. And WAL-MART was right around the corner. Full breakfast and fresh yogurt with all the toppings. Will stay there again!!

Was disappointed that we purchased a nice meal but had no utensils (Fork, Spoon etc) to enjoy our meal at the hotel. The breakfast staff were pleasant & polite, and they put out a decent spread, but the scrambled eggs were cold - thankfully there is a Microwave available to heat the meal up. Would like to give them another chance.

The room we were assigned to had a creaky floor. Squeaked loudly with every step across the main floor. Returned to front desk and was easily assigned another room. I certainly appreciated that. However, at no time did the employee on duty make eye contact with me or my husband throughout our 4-night stay. The employee was not rude or mean but was also not the least bit friendly. Customer service should be priority #1 in any business. Both of us would usually overlook minor to moderate less than desirable accommodations when treated with kindness and basic respect. Room needs upgrading. Water was nice & hot. A/C was nice & cold. Did not use housekeeping, but did have some communications with the non-English speaking housekeeper to get fresh supplies and she was extremely sweet and helpful. Location was great for our needs. Easy in and out. Breakfast was adequate.
