Place was clean, quiet and staff was friendly.

Property is good but is old built in 2009. There was that specific smell of old property in bathroom. It has not been upgraded like there was no USB port available for charging, no power socket on bed side lamps. Breakfast time was until 9:30 but staff started picking all items 5 min before the closing time although we are still eating

The tv and floor lamp were not working but we called and they came to fix it. There were not enough bath towels there were 3 of us and I needed a shower accessible because I was in a wheelchair but the room was not setup for that and I called to verify and said they could accommodate but it wasn’t it was disappointing. Plus no Kleenex boxes available in room and only conditioner bottles no shampoo.

Room.was neat and clean. Was convenient to freeway for our commute into Houston. First off when we arrived there was sn odor through out the entire hotel. Not sure if it was from cleaning solution or something else. It was tolerable, but not a pleasing smell. Then breakfast was a bummer, eggs were made from a powder substance, biscuits were so hard that we couldn't cut or break open. Overall just a real bad breakfast.

Curtains were old and had holes. Entire hallway and room smelled moldy and awful. Keys did not work on several occasions and resulted in waste of my time. Had to await staff to rest lock. No bath mat.

Hotel was clean, no pool available which came as a surprise as I booked and it said pool, breakfast was average , could do better. Only plus point near ev charging location and mall. Planning another trip and not staying here ✌️
