The staff is extremely kind and understanding. I had inquired about switching rooms and front desk was able to accommodate me. I also had trouble with my room key and she was able to fix that issue as well.

Only reason I am selecting 4 instead of 5 stars was the hot breakfast was cold, and I didn't see a microwave to warm it up. I couldn't take it to my room to use the microwave there (if there was one...I had no need to use one so I'm unsure) because there were several signs saying that taking food from dining area to rooms was prohibited and would result in a charge. There must have been an issue with people taking food to the room and making messes?? Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The receptionist was nice This was the worse experience for my one night stay, switch rooms twice due to it not being clean and after the second room I just gave up complaining. I ended up just having to deal with it as it was only a one night stay. Hair all in shower and on top of sink, the bed sheets had stains. I had to go out and buy new bed sheets to put on just to go to sleep. Also, the bed was hard as a rock, needs to be replaced because you could feel the springs as you moved in the bed. Woke up with back pain. Whoever FLOR is as housekeeping needs to be fired because she ain’t cleaning!

It smelled and looked very clean. Staff was courteous. I personally didn't like the potatoes and sausage links from Breakfast, but there were other options.

Room was very rigged. The bathroom was disgusting. Shower had mold, toilet handle was literally hanging off, hair everywhere. In the room there was water bubbles above the bed and my pillows smelled like mildew. The front desk staff was nice.

The water pressure of the shower is like on watering rationing. It took me a longer shower.
