Here is the review front desk staff were all polite respectful professional very nice the breakfast was all very good delicious. The housekeeping staff all very nice...Kept the rooms immaculate...Can recommend this hotel in the future...I will come again.

The property was clean. Breakfast was just okay, typical hotel breakfast fare. Close parking is limited but there was plenty parking in nearby lots. Hotel smells nice. Decor was cute. Signs everywhere about taking breakfast food back to room was not allowed without paying extra. I always grab a fruit to go from a hotel breakfast but not this time. The worst part was the property charged my bank for the room plus the incidental deposit when the payment for the room was already made through Hotels.com, so technically I was double charged temporarily. This caused us not to have extra money for our day on vacation because it can take up to 7 days for the hotel to release the hold. Just beware that they do this. I have booked through Hotels.com many times and the hotels DO NOT have to do this. This property just chooses to for whatever reason. Very inconsiderate.

Nothing, none of the ice machines worked. The ac in the room didn’t work. They tried to move me in a room with no tub and I have a 15 month old baby. Super clean room and bathroom. Great location. After a long road trip we appreciated the open space of the room. Would definitely stay again!

Nice location. Decent breakfast. Spacious room and helpful staff

No a/c on the second or third floor hallways. Why do they have hotdogs for breakfast two days in a row.

I found out too late that the iron in the hotel room didn't work which was badly needed for the event I actually came to Katy to attend. I called the front desk and asked if they could bring me another iron and was promised they would look for one--a replacement never arrived. That was really disappointing since I imagine there was probably another iron in one of the empty rooms. After reporting the stained bedding and dirty bathroom, someone did change the bedding and cleaned the bathroom quite a bit better than it was when we arrived. The pool is a joke, as well. Very, very small and unkept. I doubt anyone has used it recently based on the condition it was in.

Hotel was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was not very good. Coffee was bland, the breakfast sausage was hard and the potatoes had no flavor. The waffle mix was like water, not thick at all, it was running off the waffle maker.

Location Staff forced me to pay extra day for checking out 5:00 pm and they stated the reason because of cleaning staff won’t be there after 5 pm , however cleaning staff weee there cleaning at same floor I was staying at 5:45 pm

The staff was very helpful. Location was great. Good price. The breakfast was the same every morning and not very appetizing. We had to switch rooms a couple times due to the shower not working and cleanliness of the second room. However, the staff was very apologetic and helpful.

Staff was never at the front desk on check in or check out. 5-10 minute wait both times. Room was dirty, someone had spilled a sticky drink on the floor and desk in the room and was not cleaned up so it makes you wonder what else was not clean. Wore our socks the whole time in the room.
