The room I had stayed in for one night had a foul odor. The air conditioning unit was blowing out a smell of mildew. This caused me to have a restless night and I made sure to report to the front desk. Bad odors make me very uneasy and uncomfortable.

Very clean and quiet place to stay. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was hot, egg & sausages not just continental. Definitely stay there again.

Our room smelled very bad, and of course windows don't open to get air in. AC barely worked on and off, barely slept at all. Breakfast is overrated, you get waffles , fake eggs and some weird sausage. I would rather just go Starbucks and choose less expensive hotel without breakfast. Also on Sat & Sun every hotel we stayed breakfast until 10am, this place is 9am :(

Staff was helpful and breakfast was ok. Front desk staff was helpful. Don’t understand why they charge $100 in incidentals when there is no way you can spend that on anything. Disappointed that they wanted me to wait 5-10 business days to get a return on my card. Poor policy and practice. Did not like that. I do hope it does not become a battle to seek a refund. I expected Expedia to do a bit more due diligence on the hotel. Overall underwhelmed by this stay.

The room had a smell that wasn’t horrible but there. What was really bad was the floor in the bathroom. The grout was coming out, there was a cracked tile and what grout that was there was very dirty. The back of the bathroom door was also dirty. The only redeeming thing was Jodi. She was there when we checked in. She was so nice and polite and answered any questions we had. I will not be staying here again when I go to Katy. The price for what you pay is not worth it.

Site was close to dining options. Convenient to Katy Mills mall and interstate. Older hotel but clean and well maintained.
