GREAT location! NICE staff! SO clean! LARGE room! COMFY beds! BEST workout room! CLEAR pool! WONDERFUL breakfast! I have NO complaints. Literally, SO good & well-maintained!

Overall it was a nice place to stay. We did have to switch rooms after our first floor room had 3 cockroaches show up in our room. The staff moved us to a room on the second floor.

Basic rooms, slightly out of date needs alittle R and M. Key card keeps not working. I had to get new ones 3 times and I stayed there one night. Need a system upgrade too.

Rooms are not cleaned very well. Hair was left in the shower. Floor is carpet and it felt wet/damp. They also put a $200 hold on our account for incidentals when it was only supposed to be $100. We will have to watch to see how much is released back to us, but the lady emailed the manager while we were there to take $100 off and said it would be the next day, but it didn't happen.

The property was in great location but employees were not friendly especially during checking in and when I called abput paying I got told no bit when I was waiting they were taking card for another customer. Tv didnt really work that well but room was great

They staff was just amazing as always .very down to earth...they new all of the hottest spots to eat at and everything...I feel like family there...even though it was an shorter stay on this time.

The room I had stayed in for one night had a foul odor. The air conditioning unit was blowing out a smell of mildew. This caused me to have a restless night and I made sure to report to the front desk. Bad odors make me very uneasy and uncomfortable.
