La propiedad está muy buena, pero NO hay servicios. Las toallas y papel higiénico hay que buscarlo al counter. La ropa de cama ni la habitación fue limpiada en ningún momento durante los 6 seis días de nuestra estadía. Se requirió servicio y NADA! Es una pena pues el lugar está muy bueno y céntrica, pero el servicio CERO!!!

The Odors it smelt like dog and smoke even though I had a “non-smoking room”

Lovely welcoming staff. Clean facilities, fantastic location. I will be back!

Negatives: No gym, no communal coffee, hallways smell like smoke, only a small coffee maker in room with regular packets only (we need decaf but they don’t have any). Very bright lights outside our window at night and loud by the road.

Everyone and everything Nothing

The room was very clean a had a great stay

Very disappointed , I booked a room a week in advance and when I got to the hotel they could not accommodate me with the king size bed that I had booked online , they were able to accommodate me with another room but not what I originally booked other than that the service was great

New location, cleanly, and professional staffs. There are roaches. Not an understanding yet but frequent enough.

Great place to stay and the only place I will stay hotel wise in Katy! The staff makes you feel right at home and accommodates all of your needs in a timely manner. For example; if your room was missing a spoon then they will bring you a spoon, if you needed an extra towel no problem they got you! It’s very nice to have people treat you like family rather than just another “paying customer” - highly highly satisfied!! Everything was great!

The strategic position Everything was good for me

After traveling for 10 hours, we checked into hotel to which front desk told me to go check out the rooms to make sure they were to my liking. There was a baby roach in bathtub. She immediately moved me to a different room. Room was ok until later in the night when we had to go to restroom and turned on the light and there was another roach. We didn’t sleep much that night and woke up early the next morning to check out.

The whole place smelled like animal pee and smoke

This was my second stay in this hotel, the first time I didn't have any problem.
