The staff was great from check in to check out. However, before checking

“Smile”, the desk clerk who checked us in was awesome! Although our room was being cleaned when we got to it, it didn’t take long to finish it. There was a high pitched noise which was reported but nobody ever came to check on it. I ended up finding out what it was and fixed it myself. The breakfast bar was awesome and the host “Teri” was incredible. Overall a very nice visit.

room was clean and air conditioner worked At breakfast the first day there were biscuits and two of them had mold on them We were given a room next to the kitchen which was noisy at 6 am We asked for a room on the top floor and/or on the backside of hotel away from traffic noise. Our wishes were ignored
