Overall it was a good experience. However, the man that was at the desk on 7/24/26 at night, he was rude when we asked for help getting into the pool area as our key card would not work. Hope he finds a job he enjoys or something

My room refrigerator did not work. I called to the front desk hours before the maintenance guy came to fix the refrigerator.There was no point to come in my room to fix the refrigerator when we were leaving in the morning. The a/c unit is old, not on the wall it's underneath the window and I believe it had a mildew smell. The breakfast was good and the coffee was too.

This hotel was very convenient to many restaurants and shopping. It was very quiet, and clean. Staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. Room was very spacious and comfortable, I would have no issue staying there again.

One day I turned the door tags to the reverse side with the expectation that housekeeping would attend to the room. When I returned, it was clear and evident that housekeeping had never entered the room on 07/03/26. The bed was not made and the trash had not been pulled. I had to track the housekeeper down in order to get clean towels. Also, my room never had a fresh clean scent. The elevator floors could use some deep cleaning. The cook was extremely friendly. He appeared to be caring and wanted the customers to feel at home and fulfilled. This is a beautiful hotel with impressive landscaping and friendly staff. An airport shuttle twice daily would be the idea ncentive to prospective hotel guests, as some people do not drive and cannot afford an Uber or Lyft. This is the first that I felt a Holiday Inn Express hotel room wasn’t at its cleanest. The room floor and bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. And the sheet linens seemed unclean. We checked into our room very late that night, so I’m not sure if we were given a fully cleaned room at the time.
