One day I turned the door tags to the reverse side with the expectation that housekeeping would attend to the room. When I returned, it was clear and evident that housekeeping had never entered the room on 07/03/26. The bed was not made and the trash had not been pulled. I had to track the housekeeper down in order to get clean towels. Also, my room never had a fresh clean scent. The elevator floors could use some deep cleaning. The cook was extremely friendly. He appeared to be caring and wanted the customers to feel at home and fulfilled. This is a beautiful hotel with impressive landscaping and friendly staff. An airport shuttle twice daily would be the idea ncentive to prospective hotel guests, as some people do not drive and cannot afford an Uber or Lyft. This is the first that I felt a Holiday Inn Express hotel room wasn’t at its cleanest. The room floor and bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. And the sheet linens seemed unclean. We checked into our room very late that night, so I’m not sure if we were given a fully cleaned room at the time.

Dishonest We called one hour before arrival, confirmed we are in our way to the hotel We arrived 2 hours after check in time , yet we had to wait another hour as room wasn’t ready. We rented a suite They give us a standard room Worst hotel ever Also bookin.com where we booked our stay didn’t help Really it was a bad experience

Good and the staff attending the breakfast were very friendly and helpful. Good People!!! We had a difficult Connecting to the internet.

The hot tub at this hotel is a kiddie pool now. It no longer functions as a hot tub.
