Clean rooms great location

room mind you is really small, also while it has a microwave, fridge freezer and a hotplate, it was no plates or cutlery etc - so useless unless im some in my case while going on holiday!!!

We arrived last night at around 8 seemed ok then this morning we woke up to our room with 1 in of water on the floor, mind you we were on the 3rd floor. Front desk told us to call customer service. In all my years of renting hotels this has to be the worst experience I have ever experienced. Im calling customer service foe a refund. This was unacceptable at all levels.

Very clean facility and room with daily room service. Close by shopping and restaurants. Could have used a few dishes and silverware.

We could hear people going in and out the side door multiple times during the night after midnight while we were trying to sleep.

The property was super clean, the cleaning staff were very friendly, and the lobby staff were also extremely professional. I would definitely return.

This property has roaches they’re crawling out of the bathroom the kitchen area I complained to the front desk. They do nothing. They allow people to let their dogs poop and pee in the hallway and so the hotel reeks of animal feces. A few of the cleanup crew is very rude and doesn’t like to properly clean the rooms upon request. Also, the gentleman that works overnight at the front desk is often very rude. This hotel was extremely disgusting not very clean at all roaches crossing everywhere animals feces in the hallways, and it constantly smelled like smoke even though it said the hotel was non-smoking

Clean and new. Close to restaurants and highway Dog walking area was scant…mostly dirt areas near construction.

The rooms are nice. There were cockroaches all over the washer in the bathroom tub, I said and showed pictures to the receptionist.

Parking was easy and secure, air conditioning was great, and the room was very clean.
