The room was clean and a nice room

Extremely clean especially with it being a motel 6 rent was reasonable and staff was easy to get along with. I also enjoyed having a full sized refrigerator and a place to cook!

Staffs are not friendly at all and they didn’t sincerely treat me as a guest.

room mind you is really small, also while it has a microwave, fridge freezer and a hotplate, it was no plates or cutlery etc - so useless unless im some in my case while going on holiday!!!

We arrived last night at around 8 seemed ok then this morning we woke up to our room with 1 in of water on the floor, mind you we were on the 3rd floor. Front desk told us to call customer service. In all my years of renting hotels this has to be the worst experience I have ever experienced. Im calling customer service foe a refund. This was unacceptable at all levels.

We could hear people going in and out the side door multiple times during the night after midnight while we were trying to sleep.

The property was super clean, the cleaning staff were very friendly, and the lobby staff were also extremely professional. I would definitely return.
