The location is terrible. Everything immediately around as far as restaurants is dirty. You will walk into an establishment and while the restaurant is empty every table is dirty. No one including the hotel staff in the area have any customer service skills. The hotel itself is getting run down downstairs, and shady characters hanging around the parking lot. The shower had mold in it and there is a stench throughout the hotel. I didn’t even want my two year old taking a shower there. The breakfast was less than basic, no salt/pepper, the milk cartons soggy, no hot sauce for the eggs. We were literally miserable the two days there and couldn’t wait to leave but couldn’t get a refund from Expedia to book at a different location.

I stayed here for 10 days and it was easily the worst experience of my life. We only stayed because we were a large delegation of athletes and parents. Nothing was right. • Breakfast: Terrible. On day 1 at 8:10 AM, there was no food left and no solution offered. Other days it was just a poorly cooked, overly peppered egg and a bad pancake. No fruit, bread, or jam; yogurt only twice. • Staff: The Colombian lady working there was rude, disrespectful, and lacked basic customer service skills. The hotel was completely understaffed (no more than 6 employees total for reception, kitchen, and maintenance). • Facilities: Outside temps were 35–40°C (95–104°F) and hallway AC was turned off. Gym AC was also off with no way to turn it on. The pool was closed most days, laundry was broken, and the bar opened only 3 out of 10 days. • Housekeeping: Our room was cleaned only ONCE in 10 days. Towels were changed 3 times, but there was no regular cleaning service. I would NEVER return and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your family from this miserable experience.

We returned around 10:30 PM with our kids and ended up changing rooms three times. The first had a smoke alarm constantly beeping because of a low battery, and the hotel didn't have a replacement. The second was missing the mattress for the sofa bed. The third had a broken AC display, stains on the sofa and carpet, a dirty toilet, and a sink that wouldn't drain properly. None of the rooms had sheets for the sofa bed, and the hotel was out of blankets. We finally got settled after midnight. The breakfast was also not as advertised. Expedia listed it as 6:30–9:30 AM, but it was actually 7–9, they started cleaning up around 8:45, and they were already out of most food with 45 minutes left. The pool was cloudy with algae growing in it, and the bar wasn't stocked as advertised. The only positive was that the front desk staff were very nice and courteous. Unfortunately, the overall condition and lack of advertised amenities made for a very frustrating stay. We would not stay here again.

The rooms were really clean , the pool was beautiful and fun to swim In . Staff was absolutely amazing and very helpful and professional. Parking was definitely a breeze

Got room service only 2 times in 12 days, missed breakfast several days as it was not put in time, with significant delay in various daysband often without several items. Very disappointing in the overall, and I had stayed there before and had liked it

The entire property was clean and well maintain, but i wish that the staff that was working at the front desk were a little bit more communicative and welcoming.. but overall , everything was good

The bed was awesome with great pillows although I do wish they had more but not a big deal Pool was pretty cool although some areas were rough I did scrape a few of my fingers and the tv was great with direcTV literally everything on there including investigation discovery!!! I love that channel the man at the front desk was awesome as well I forgot his name but he was an African American male with cornrows and glasses he was great The place is honestly a solid 9.5/10 would definitely come here again!!

Es un hotel muy tranquilo, las camas están súper cómodas, muy limpio, El desayuno es sencillo pero más o menos, No fui al bar, pero la alberca está muy limpia y relajante.

BEWARE: This was the absolute worst place I have ever stayed. Odorous trash overflowing from the outside receptacles, no a/c in room (only the fan blowing), and a breakfast bar that had little to choose from. We were too tired to leave or we would have. Also, had to take a bird bath in the tub, because I cannot get down into a tub and could not get the shower to work. Told reception desk, but no response from management.

I liked the modern and large space. The cleaning service was poor and breakfast was not good.

The only thing I did not like is the amount of smokers outside but I presume it is the area of town that might be the factor.

Place was great as well as the staff but breakfast would run out quickly and it would not be replenished.

It’s for the breakfast was concerned it was very lackluster and they constantly did not have anything to drink. We weren’t able to get water or juice, I have coffee, which I don’t drink.
