The Hotel is nice and new, however the breakfast lack of food they never restock anything on their "Buffet breakfast" everything is almost empty, good look if you find eggs that's a luxury, they are out of eggs for day, milk, etc. and if you asked the only things they do is to apologize but management is not willing to correct the problem I got pictures. They have a very cheap soap and shampoo. Also swimming pool has a lot of trash inside and light flashing on the roof because they don't to change them.

Nice new hotel, very clean and close to shopping

Breakfast was underwhelming. The sofa was broken in the room. Notified staff, but nothing was done.

Everything was amazing and rooms are huge

The hallways were unbearably hot, and to make matters worse, the air conditioning in our original room wasn’t working. Our room was 78°F, and we had to switch rooms just to be comfortable. We were also locked out of our room twice because our key cards suddenly stopped working. Having to go back to the front desk multiple times was frustrating and inconvenient. I was surprised to learn that we would be charged extra for additional pillows. I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years and have never been charged for something as basic as extra pillows. The complimentary breakfast was another huge disappointment. Every morning there were little to no protein options available. The eggs were often gone, and when they were finally brought out, they weren’t even hot. The hash browns were still partially frozen in the middle. My husband also tried to use the fitness center, but it was extremely hot inside, making it uncomfortable to work out. There were also no towels available. Overall, this stay did not meet even the most basic expectations for comfort or hospitality. Between the broken AC, the repeated issues with our room keys, the potential extra charges for basic amenities, the poor-quality breakfast, and the lack of attention to guest comfort throughout the property, I would not choose to stay here again and cannot recommend it to others.

The room also smelled like feet.

Asked for room cleaning was not done either

The breakfast was not good: almost all items of food were gone by 7:45 am and the attendant could not be found. He did show up 10 minutes before the breakfast closed to clean up! Terrible experience with my grandchildren. We won’t be back!

Everything was good except one night they ran out of towels

Big room. Clean and comfortable. We missed breakfast but the hotel was very nice inside. Pool looked inviting and I believe there was a hot tub.

The air conditioning was not working in our room. It reached 81 degrees and we had to purchase fans to get through the stay. The staff was very helpful and did the best they could. The room was clean and spacious. However, the various common spaces, elevators, poolside, etc. needed to be cleaned.

The internet worked fine. At breakfast there was never enough food or juices. The person managing the dining area spent most time behind the door. Food was not available for guests when they came down to eat, many displeased with the food and lack of. Some guests knocked on the door to ask if more food was coming. Even the waffle batter emptied and took some time to refill. The attendant at the front desk came to help, which left the front desk unattended. I learned from my last stay to only drink the coffee and get breakfast elsewhere. Towels are scarce, there are never enough towels in the room. You go to front desk and ask for more, many times there are none and you have to come back when they have wash more. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable is why I continue to visit this location but do not expect breakfast and bring towels... The garbage can at the entry door facing Park Rowe overflowed with trash and smelled the whole weekend. The back door near the pool remains broken for months, you can not enter throw the back door.

Amazing place to stay in Katy

Not enough breakfast, they ran out of food. I waited in the front for a minute and called the number for someone to eventually help.

First walking up to the place lots of trash in flower beds. I rented 2 rooms at 4PM set AC to 68 degrees left came back at 7PM rooms were at 78 degrees AC sucked in both rooms kids and wife were not happy. So then we went swimming and one reason for this location was hot tub and outdoor restrooms. Hot tub was broke and restrooms were locked due to the homeless people in the area. The room was clean but getting to the room it was like a sauna the hallways are like a 100 degrees. And last the free breakfast was bad from food selection to quality of it. Will not stay here again.

The room was clean which is pretty much all I can say about our stay. Our room was above 80 degrees Fahrenheit all night due to AC not working. I called the front desk and they did not have any other rooms available. The only option they offered was to wait for the morning until I can speak to a manager. The manager only offered us 10% refund. It was extremely hot.

The next morning we went down for breakfast at 7:30 and the only thing they had was biscuits and gravy, hard boiled eggs, a waffle station and cereal. We left for the day and coming back to the room that evening the shower head had been fixed but the maintenance guy left a muddy boot print in the shower and none of the wet towels had been picked up. The hotel was very clean, but there were so many things broken, no breakfast and unhelpful staff.
