The front lobby staff were very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff were also very helpful. The attended to every of our needs. Nothing. I liked everything.

I wasn't there long enough to find anything I liked. We checked in the hotel, took our bags up to the room and went back down to my truck to leave. Someone broke into my truck within 20-25 minutes of checking in.

The cleanliness of the facility, the room in general, the outside of the building well kept. Overall appearance was pleasant. I had reserved a room with a king size bed, upon my arrival I was told that there were none available, that I was going to get a room with double queen beds instead because one, the hotel was booked to capacity and two, I reserved the room through a third party (booking . com) so preference was given to the ones that reserved using the hotel reservation. The front desk clerk stated that she can cancel at no charge to me and that I can go somewhere else. Being that it was around 7pm, I was tired after a long day of traveling, with no desire to search for another hotel, I decided to just be quiet, accept what was available and go to sleep. That interaction ruin the future business relation that we could have had. After that nothing was pleasant or satisfactory.

Breakfast was fantastic, I was very impressed with the blueberries included in the oatmeal / yogurt bar. The parking was not ideally located, but I believe that was just a function of the buildings location.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Everything was well maintained, and the room was cleaned regularly. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness and overall condition of the room. 👍

The room was clean. The air conditioner was super loud like a plane engine turbine. The morning breakfast area was not very clean and guests left the breakfast tables full of dirty plates. They didn’t have enough staff to mee up with cleaning the breakfast area and the tables where guests left messes.
