Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with lovely furnishings, two decks and full kitchen. 'Resort fee', $300 add on at check in.
-
Fascinating area. fascinating suite. fascinating beach. fascinating staff.
-
Dirty towels, the staff at check-in was really not nice and did us a favor by helping us, there is no way to darken the room at night
-
Short nice walk to beach. Easy parking. 70s-80s retro vibe. Washing machine. Beautiful garden. Mattress. Huge apartment. No split airco
-
Beautiful, peaceful, friendly staff, place was comfortable and clean. Cabinets smelled musty, sharp smell most likely due to humidity. I would suggest airing out cabinets once in a while!

Awesome!

The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. Parking was easy once we found the unit. Construction in the parking lot. We moved from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom, with ground floor. 6 nights were good once we settled in. My husband has hard time with 20 stairs and carrying luggage!!! We called for help when we first got there. Staff was gracious!!! :)

Everything we need was fulfilled at a short time .love the kitchen, view, and parking . I was blessed with a beautiful weather.❤️❤️❤️

We had a great 2 night stay, the hotel is in a great location and walking distance to the beach where the turtles hang out. The accommodation was quite dated but it was clean and very spacious and did the job.
-
Place was clean, it’s not a hotel ofcourse there is a little wear and tear but a beautiful condo
-
Close walk to beach Not much ventilation through unit and ac unit in bedroom not very effective . Office hours ending at 4:30 was not ideal as we were not able to access the pool that night.

The unit they put us in looked nothing like the pictures online. The unit was small, old and run down. There was a little couch that fit two people for 6 people. The picture showed a comfortable sectional couch and a large beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops. I immediately went back to the office and said you put us in the wrong place and showed them our booking. They said that was what they had for us. This is false advertising.

Kitchen was grimy. Sticky handles on fridge & cupboards. For a week stay, only two dishwasher pods & a tiny bottle of dish soap and one roll of tp per bathroom. Bring your own tp & beach items because the property offers ZERO. No chairs, snorkels, toys the beach basics. ZERO “nice to have while on vacation” but front desk very happy to tell you where to buy or rent those items. Check in was a disaster. Because of the road construction, one couldn’t access the main office to check in making process a joke, especially arriving after hours, late at night, in an unfamiliar area on poorly marked roads. Our property wasn’t even near the main office. Staff could have sent a message with the actual address of our unit and how to access the combo for a key instead of having to go through a phone tree (at the elusive office) with operators who couldn’t spell (had to tell the first operator who finally answered how to spell a simple last name three times), and a second operator who couldn’t find the correct combo for our key. Front desk the next morning came across as annoyed and unfriendly at best. Furniture on deck was hazardous. Legs on chairs almost completely rusted through. No sleep for a week due to crowing rooster near bedroom door (illegal to feed-no one knew this yet unit below kept feeding). We opted to stay one night at a different complex in Princeville. Welcoming staff, warm reception, clean condo, no roosters. Finally one night’s rest. Will stay there in future.

Location was good. The unit was spacious. Carpets were dirty. Bed wasn’t great and there were no extra blankets.

We had an amazing time in Kauai. The location of the condo was excellent. Everything was clean and extremely comfortable.
-
Condo rental was what we were looking for. This property met our expectations. The proximity to the beach was a main reason and we enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Nothing at all.
-
Pool was great overlooking the crashing waves on the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed & more!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is dirty. The carpet was so awful, we wouldn’t let our kids take off their shoes. There is no central ac, and the one portable they had was so loud and drilling water. There was no headboard in the master, and the furniture is dirty and our dated. The road was also closed at the entrance, so it took forever to get to the front desk, which closes at 4:30, so if your flight is delayed, good luck. Staff was also rude and unhelpful. We left within 30 min of arriving and for the same price stayed at the Sheraton down the road with an ocean view. Go there. Avoid this place!
