Hilton Vacation Club The Point At Poipu Kauai

Beautiful grounds and our 2 bedroom condo was sizable, well decorated and had all of the incidentals we needed. We had booked this hotel with 2 beds in the 2nd bedroom but only got 1 bed which meant that one of our kids had to sleep in the living room which didn't have A/C. When we requested a change to the set up we had booked we were told that there was no other availability.

all was excellent as noted with t he exception of checkin. our room was not ready and it would have been more excellent customer service to have been 0ffered a bit of compensation.

I have stayed at this property on and off for over 30 years. The property is very well maintained and beautiful. We are a family of 5 and the suite worked perfectly for our family. The room was clean and we had a great view from our balcony.

The hotel is set in a beautiful location, and the rooms were clean. The outdoor areas including the pool, koi pond and adult spa were well taken care of. There was paint peeling from the exterior walls. Additionally, the floors seemed very thin. I could hear everything going on above me. The internet was not reliable. When I called to get a solution, it took two hours for maintenance to show up to resolve the problem. Additionally, it took a long time to check-in, and there was no water offered in the lobby.

Great place to stay if you are in Kauai! Staff were incredibly helpful and we felt comfortable. The place is gorgeous with great views of the ocean. There isn't a sandy beach that is part of the resort, just a rocky one. However, there is a beach with sand nearby that visitors frequent.

Staff and pool were nice. Property needs a little upkeep. 10am check out is a little early. Would stay again.

Room had ocean view and clean but was in need of updating. Carpet had tear, appliances old, exterior door hard to open. Definately 3 star resort

They first placed as in a building on the far side which was terrible. We are moved to building 9 and the room was great with ocean views. Resort is dated

Beautiful resort, great staff, and very reasonable prices It was perfect! Parking was a little crowded, but other wise it was exceptional

Amazing that there was a washer and dryer in the room. And the late pool hours. A must when traveling with kids!
