Best Western Plus Keene Hotel

Breakfast was great. The door to our room was open when we got there, so we put some of our stuff in there and when we came back and tried using the cards to get in, they didn’t work. I went to get new cards and when I got back, I realized he put us in a new room. I tried calling downstairs for almost 10 minutes but it was busy. I have an injured leg, and the desk and our room were at total opposite ends. So I had to walk all the way back again and found a housekeeper part of the way. I started to ask her to help me and she was extremely rude and said she wouldn’t help! I got to the desk and he told me I should have called and I told him I tried for over 10 minutes and it was busy. He said no I didn’t. I said grab your phone and call from the house phone. He did, and he got a busy signal. Didn’t apologize though. Then when we walked by the housekeeper, he said I should have asked her for help. I said I did and she wouldn’t help. All he said was “oh”. The only people who didn’t give us attitude and who were helpful were the breakfast staff. They put on a very nice spread. Food was very good.

Rented the executive suites and they were beautiful

Gentleman who checked us in was super nice and very helpful. Room & bathroom clean. Air conditioner worked well. Breakfast was very good. Had a variaty of fresh selections and the lady attending it did an awesome job with keeping the area clean and refilling items.

Can’t think of any negatives at all.

The amenities were great the pool laundry and the restaurant was great . But the rooms honestly were not that clean. There was a moldy spoon in our room and the extractor was full of lint. I asked for it to be cleaned and they did but two days the room was forgotten to get serviced and I had to call for fresh towels and take out my own trash

Our room was ok. the little sofa in there looked to have never been cleaned. something of the looks of blood was on the arm and cushion of the sofa. The floor, I would not walk on that in my bare feet. The pool, well you had to go and ask for a towel and then you got this little bity towel. I over heard two other people joke about how small the pool towels were. Breakfast was good and Lori was very nice and chatty, the one nice spot about Best Western in Keene. Not so sure we would stay here again, The culture of the place was, we are here but we don't care. The place was not as nice as I was expecting from a Best Western.

The room, including the bathroom, was very clean. The shower was super clean. The breakfast was amazing! The lady who gets the food ready does a phenomenal job.

Room smelled like 20 years of cigarettes and bathroom sink did not drain well. Free breakfast should be free as eggs were microwaved ones. Wont be back.

Front desk staff extremely helpful. The property interior and exterior was very well maintained. One of the best Best Western hotels I’ve stayed at.

Walls are paper thin and patio door is old and leaky. You can hear what ever is going on outside or next door. Other than that is was clean and the room didn’t have any unpleasant smells.

The room needed updating! The toilet seat was oval shaped, the bowl was round…weird. The toilet paper dispenser was out of reach of the toilet seat, the walls needed some repairs. The breakfast was ok. The ladies working it were very nice and helpful. Overall, I won’t return there…

Our room was very clean and smelled wonderful we found a scent disc by the ac and made our room smell refreshed. AC was perfect and we took a to go breakfast with us to continue our vacation to Pittsburg NH . Great place to stay!! restaurant was great and we visited a few breweries while we were in town.

Room was modern, comfy and clean. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The free breakfast was terrific with many choices. Lori who ran the breakfast area was so attentive! Loved her!

A perfect place for 30 members of our clan to gather as we attended wedding festivities 1/2 hour away at Cobb Hill over three days. The breakfast (complimentary) had tons of choices, the pool was fun, the snacks near the front desk were perfect and most of all, the staff was very kind. My daughter with her husband and three children were in a huge room!
