We spent 3 days there and totally enjoyed our stay in Keene, New Hampshire.

Breakfast was good and well maintained. With the 2 chafing dishes, would be nice if one had cheese omelets and the other the western omelets, instead of both of them having one or the other each morning. Towels and trash changed every other day, nice, however shower gel was empty for three days and had to ask for it to be filled, also beds not made every other day as noted on the mirror. Still do not have laundry on site, hope it gets installed soon for those of us who stay a week+.

No bananas and cold coffee. Elevator carpet really dirty. Houekeeping staff not trained well and/or not enough.

Newly built modern facility. very good complimentary breakfast. This is our second stay here this year and despite the sign on the bathroom mirror saying that the room would be refreshed every other day, both times that was not done. Both times we had to request it and the last time they could not do it do to no staff on hand. In addition, the check in person was the only staff in the hotel over night. Did not feel the security was adequate.

I paid for my room in FULL for 2 nights but when I arrived the next day (flight was delayed) I was told I couldn’t check in because they had cancelled my room (kept my money) and sold my room to another guest So that means they got to benefit TWICE from one room Cancelled my room and left me stranded with nowhere to stay And when asked for my money back on the phone with manager, she hung up the phone on me I will never book this hotel again
