Perfect location

Very clean, well run, hotel. No complaints. Staff was very helpful and friendly

Great location, friendly staff, and nice reception area with lounge, bar and pool table. The room was a good size and fairly comfortable and clean overall. Room had a few issues - a damp area of the carpet near the bathroom, inconsistent temperature, distracting glow from the AC, and ambience/ lighting that felt a bit dark. The price was also a little high considering the offering wasn't exceptional and there was no complimentary breakfast

Very clean room, easy parking access and excellent customer service.

Scott the gentleman who does food was phenomenal so accommodating! We had our basketball team there for rhe weekend. The staff made sure we all were able to have a great time get food and hang out as a team.

We arrived and the hotel had no running water : no working bathroom no showers that worked . They had not had water for 2 days and could not say when it would be turned on again . No one called to notify us or offer a solution upon check in .

Towels were of poor quality

It’s in a great location and felt great for a solo woman walking around town to restaurants and shops at all hours. Walls are thin, light sleepers beware ;)

The staff were fantastic. So helpful and accommodating. There were plenty of spaces in front of the hotel for unloading, The parking, especially handicapped parking, was excellent. I always found a spot convenient to the side door. I needed help loading a few bags into my car and they immediately assisted. The room was clean and comfortable, Loved the water and cookies in the lobby-very friendly and tasty. I didn't use the bar or food pickup but was glad it was there in case I needed it. Convenient to the food coop next door with the sunny cheery cafe tables. Room decor was up to date, contemporary, well-maintained and comfortable. I stayed three nights and I thought the room would be cleaned every day, but it was not. I did have my do not disturb sign on the door the first morning, but it didn't seem as though there was cleaning available in the afternoons. That would have been helpful to know. It was not a big inconvenience, but my tiny bathroom trash bin was filling up. Just reused my towels like I do at home. Also, the narrowest room refrigerator I have ever seen. Made it impossible to store one of my two takeout containers but they were kind to store them in their refrigerators on the lobby floor. I think the hotel would be better for families if a wider room refrigerator was installed. Also, the refrigerator (213) was set too cold and froze my fruit and yogurt.
