+ Air conditioned + Free parking + Free breakfast + Free wifi + Nice people + Cheapest hotel in Keene Cons: - Half of the outlets in the room didn't work - No pool Overall a good deal.

It smelled like mold all throughout the hotel. It really needs to be upgraded. The room seemed nice and clean at first but after we were in it for a few mins it smelled like dog. The bathroom was clean. The person at the desk was helpful when we had an issue with the key card. We did not eat there. We chose not to, we were kind of intimidated by the health of the hotel so we went out for breakfast.

We stayed that this hotel for a last minute sports competition. The hotel was terribly outdated. The room seamed not very clean (dust in corners), with old worn linens (which did seem clean/ washed). The hallway smelled musty and the carpet was outdated and worn. In some places where the carpet had worn through, you could see the older carpet underneath it. It took me several minutes to figure out how to get the fridge to work (it was plugged into the power strip, which was plugged into the power strip - not the the wall outlet). Using the hairdryer blew a fuse and the bathroom light stopped working. The staff seamed friendly but I didn’t want to have staff in my room after 9pm to fix these issues. We only stayed one night and had limited time in the room. For that, we were lucky. For $300+ per night I was sorely disappointed.

THE ROOM SMELLED AWFUL CARPETS WERE DISGUSTING FLOOR IN BATHROOM WAS STICKY.

Location Dirty and dingy , had a musty moldy smell, drains were backed up sheets were stained in the first room they had.

The room smelled extremely musty, to the point that it was difficult to ignore. The air conditioning didn’t work at all, so we tried opening the window for some fresh air. Unfortunately, the window screen was damaged, and since this was a first-floor room with no security bars or other protection, leaving it open wasn’t something we felt comfortable doing. The room itself had several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The bedspread was stained, they had not vacuumed around the bed in quite some time, the pillows were oddly small square pillows that were not very comfortable. The shower also ran out of hot water if two people showered back-to-back. Security was another concern. An exterior entrance door was marked as requiring a room key for access, but it was never actually locked. Even when we arrived around midnight, we were able to enter the hotel without a key. Ironically, the key fob for our actual room barely worked—you had to scan it repeatedly, before the door would unlock. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast, but the smell throughout the property was unpleasant enough that we chose not to try it.

AC was great!

This was a great stop on our way to Swansey, NH. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was a bonus for the value. We enjoyed our stay- thank you! N/A

My room was on the first floor around the corner from the front desk. It smelled musty and old. The room functioned as it should with only a bathroom light not working. The television microwave and refrigerator worked great. Breakfast was ok with some hot items. No big complaints about the breakfast. The shower worked great but the towels were old and looked a little dirty. The soap and shampoo were not the best but got the job done. I was a solo traveler and was not expecting much for what I was spending. I think overall it got the job done. No bugs to report. No pool either so if you plan to hang out at the hotel there is not much to do.

AC worked well!
-
For a budget hotel, it was good. Friendly staff and decent continental breakfast.
-
Clean rooms, hardworking and affable staff, breakfast was good, but the layout of the breakfast area and registration area left much to be desired.
-
Towels were stained dirty Floor was sticky Sheets were stained
-
It’s next to a lot of stores and restaurants No issue

I would not recommend anyone staying at this hotel, especially for the price we paid which was only slightly less for a night than much better hotels in the area.
-
The room was clean and surprisingly quiet but everything is kind of shabby and dated. I paid $140 for a room that was worth about $100. Man at the front desk was very nice.
